Research On Perfecting The Countermeasures Of College Students' Entrepreneurship Service System In Jinzhou

Under the background of "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship is becoming more and more popular.The entrepreneurial work of college students has been paid much attention by the state.Encouraging and serving college students to start business is not only an effective way to promote the employment of college students,but also a requirement to meet the reality of China's economic development.However,the service system of college students in China is relatively simple,and there is still a big gap from the perfect system.In the fierce market competition,college students has a lot of difficulties in the entrepreneurial.The improving of entrepreneurial success rate needs the integrity of the entrepreneurial service system,and it also needs entrepreneurial support.In this context,the author analyzes the entrepreneurial service system of college students in Jinzhou,and puts forward the methods to improve the entrepreneurial service system of college students.In order to improve the quality of entrepreneurship service in Jinzhou,the author put forward a meaningful reference.This paper introduces the entrepreneurial service system of college students.Then the author conducts a questionnaire survey,investigates and analyzes the status quo of the entrepreneurial service system of college students in Jinzhou.This paper describes the advantages of system theory relative to the traditional management theory and the significance of system theory to the entrepreneurial service system of college students,The problems include:mainly for the lack of contact between the entrepreneurial service subsystems,government entrepreneurship policies were poorly implemented,ineffective implementation of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities design is not perfect,social entrepreneurship support system is not perfect,social entrepreneurship support system of simple function and poor business environment.After that,based on the system theory,the author suggests that putting the government,universities,society,enterprises as the main service system,and describes the role of the main body,also the function of each subsystem and the linkage mechanism among them are also expounded.Finally,the author puts forward a long-term and effective strategies that construct and improve the multi-agent,encourages and supports the service system of college students' entrepreneurial.
