A Study On Current Situation And Strategies On Home-school Cooperation Of Junior High School

With the gradual reform of basic education curriculum in depth,more and more people realized that family education and school education play a key role during the growth of students.How to combine them organically and how to cooperate effectively with each other and how can they join forces together are the problems that current educators and parents must focus on.This paper sketches the current situation and strategies on home-school cooperation in Dong Sheng Daxing Middle School.The situation is analyzed from the theoretical level,and related questionnaire survey has been done.According to the information of the survey,the author investigates and analyzes the existing problems of the Dong Sheng Daxing Middle School.Moreover,several suggestions are given to improve home-school cooperation in Dong Sheng Daxing Middle School.The paper includes four parts.The first part is introduction.In this part,mainly elaborated the selected topic background,significance,research purpose,research methods and the domestic and foreign home-school cooperation.The second part is the investigation in home-school cooperation in Daxing Middle School,which is included survey objective and respondent,survey content and methods,survey results and analysis.Writer analyses the present condition of home-school cooperation in Daxing Middle School by questionnaire and interviews.The third part is the problems which are found in Daxing Middle School in home-school cooperation and the reasons why these problems are caused.The problems are that teachers and parents pay less attention to home-school cooperation,cooperation doesn't put plans intopractice and they failed in their duties,the content and the methods are simplex and the effectiveness need to be improved.Writer analyzes the reasons why these problems are caused.The reasons included that there are some misunderstandings between parents and teachers,some qualities of parents and teachers need to be improved and the mechanism and system of evaluation and supervision are not sound.According to the problems and causes in home-school cooperation in Daxing Middle School,the author gives several suggestions.First,to change the traditional educational concepts and build a harmonious relationship.Second,to establish a high-quality team.Third,to reach the unanimous goal by different ways in cooperation.Forth,to establish and perfect the home-school cooperation mechanism and system of evaluation and supervision.It is hoped that there will be help and enlightenment for the home-school cooperation in Daxing Middle School and other junior high schools.
