A Study On The Balanced Mechanism Of The Organizational Ecology For The Operation Of The Incorrupt System In Colleges And Universities

Colleges and universities have a profound impact on Chinese people's ideology,cultural literacy and spiritual quality,whose corruption exerts a extremely negative influence towards the whole society,so there is an urgent need to reinforce the operation of the incorrupt system in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the influence of the dominant and recessive organizational ecology environment towards incorrupt system from the perspective of organizational ecology,and provides a beneficial environment for the operation of incorrupt system by constructing a balanced mechanism of organizational ecology.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part systematically introduces the background and significance of this paper,research methods and overseas and domestic research status to determine the thought and frame of the paper.The second part mainly demonstrates some theories of the organizational ecology about the operation of the incorrupt system in colleges and universities.First of all,this part gives necessary illustration towards some related concept,such as incorrupt system,organizational ecology and so on.Then,it analyzes the necessity and possibility of the organizational ecology about the operation of the incorrupt system in colleges and universities.The third part analyzes the organizational ecology environment of the operation of the incorrupt system in colleges and universities and the elements of dominant and recessive organizational ecology environment,such as structure,management mode,incentive mechanism,cognitive concept,management style and organizational culture,and come up with three organizational ecology states: imbalanced state,transient state and balanced state,which determine the result of the operation of the incorrupt system.On this basis,this paper puts forward a theoretical hypothesis that if organizational ecology of colleges and universities is in equilibrium,and the input and output of information and energy are relatively stable,the incorrupt system can be carried out smoothly in colleges and universities.The forth part analyzes the construction and operation situation of the incorrupt system in colleges and universities through questionnaire survey,and finds that both the construction and execution of the incorrupt system in colleges and universities in china have improved a lot,but there are still problems in organizational structure,supervision system,accountability,organizational culture and so on,which hinders the effect of the system.It shows that the balance between institutions of higher education and incorrupt system is not yet formed,still in transient state.Based on this,this paper puts forward a model of problem solving to provide reference for construction of the balanced mechanism of organizational ecology about the operation of the incorrupt system in colleges and universities.The last part puts forward a balanced mechanism of organizational ecology for the operation of the incorrupt system in colleges and universities from the perspective of institution and dominant and recessive organizational ecology environment,like institutional mechanism,supporting mechanism,communication and cooperation mechanism,supervision mechanism,accountability mechanism,assessment and evaluation mechanism,co-evolution mechanism and organization reengineering mechanism.
