University is an ecological system, and talents cultivation is the ecological developing process of students, as the subject, in the particular environment of university. Quality of talents cultivation is the result of the interaction between students, as the subjects, and the environment where they exist. The ecological analysis on quality of talents cultivation is carried out with the ecology theories and methodological principles and their research perspectives in the purpose of sufficient development of students' life. This research discusses the influences of environment on quality of talents cultivation and seeks the approaches and methods in improving the quality of talents cultivation with the curriculum ecology, specialty ecology, faculty ecology and management system ecology from different levels of individual, group, community and ecological system and with the longitudinal scales of classroom environment, specialty environment, university environment and society environment.From the perspective of ecology, curriculum is the "food" components of students and curriculum structure is the "food" structure; Teachers, students and society form the ecological chain through curriculum and realize the ecological cycle. In the process of knowledge transmission, there exists the phenomenon of level attenuation. Quality of talents cultivation depends on the students' "net secondary production" finally, that is, the knowledge of used by the society. Thus, teacher is the leading element and student is the key element. The social needs are the important basis for curriculum selection. With the influence of social environment, curriculum structure is experiencing evolution and the relation between teachers and students is also changing. It is an effective approach to increase the number of curriculum, reform the curriculum structure, improve the curriculum conversion, create the harmonious classroom atmosphere and develop the students' leaning ability in improving the quality of talents cultivation.Specialty is the set of the "homologous students", which is species; and specialty system is the "community". Specialty niche, specialty scale and environmental carrying, specialty internal and external competition and population fluctuation, and the variety of specialty development all have great influence on students' development. Competition is promotion force for the niche differentiation in the students among specialties and in the same specialty and the coevolution, which leads to the unbalanced development and diversity development. Reasonable planning, adopting the planned investing way, maintaining resources input ecological elastic, promoting environment heterogeneity and supporting new and superiority specialty development, etc. are all the effective strategies in improving the specialty fitness, specialty diversity development, environment optimization and talents cultivation ability.Teacher and student have a kind of symbiotic relationship and teacher is the most important quality resource. The professional development of teacher is a kind of ecological evolution process and the evolution dynamic comes from the teachers' inner development needs and external environmental pressure, which causes effect through competition. The team structure of teachers implies the complex ecological pattern and evolution information. Teacher flowing is the premise of keeping the activity of teachers, but fault succession can lead to the decrease of the teachers' whole level and the academic status. Therefore, it is necessary to establish coevolution mechanism between teacher and student, teacher and other faculty and form the beneficial intramural policies to the teachers' development to maintain the stability of teachers and realize the optimization in teachers' team structure and function. What's more, the reasonable and regulated mechanism of teachers' flow and resources compensation should be established to protect the developing districts and lower level universities' legal rights to maintain the ecological stability and balance of higher education system.Teaching management system is a kind of process to realize the goals of talents cultivation through regulating the action of teachers and students, coordinating the various relations in teaching activities and controlling teaching activities. Completed system structure elements and coordinated elements function are the basis of realizing the function of management system. The teaching management system is restricted by the university management system environment and social management environment. In the university, the system construction principle of "student-centered" and the system construction path of "school-running idea and talents cultivation goals-teaching management system-teachers management system-other management systems of school" should be established. In terms of relations between internal and external systems, the university creative system ecological space should be endowed to set up the expedite information feedback channels and coevolution system mechanism. The government should coordinate the relationship between university and society to create the favorable environment for talents cultivation.University talents cultivation is a kind of artificial ecological system and it is also a non-complete system. Therefore, the strategies of ecological protection and optimization should be adopted. That's to say, this system needs human intervention to coordinate the ecological subjects inside the university, university and external social environment, and the interrelated relationships and interactive ways among ecological factors inside the ecological system and to regulate the energy flow, material flow and information flow of ecological system and maintain the harmony, balance and stability of ecological system and to promote the ecological evolution and development and ensure the ecological condition resources richness and environment ecological carrying capacity in order to create the superior ecological environment for talents cultivation and its quality. University should construct its environment in terms of teaching conditions, curriculum, specialty, teaching staff, management system and ideology and culture with the dominance method of ecological monitoring and evaluation together with other ways to make policies and implement intervention on the basis of their own university existing structure so that the students can be able to achieve high quality development in the superior ecological environment.
