The Study On Class Ecology Of Higher Vocational Education

Classroom teaching in Higher Vocational Education is based on the goals of the occupation education and the mode of talent training, it is the place of implementation of the corresponding teaching actives which are designed to complete the specific task of the talent cultivation. Classroom teaching in Higher Vocational Education is the main body of the quality of construction engineering about the Higher Vocational Education teaching, it also plays a key role in promoting the healthy development of Higher Vocational Education and carrying out the quality building of Higher Vocational Education. However, the problems of the classroom teaching in Higher Vocational Education are quickly becoming clear. The problems of the classroom teaching in Higher Vocational Education are quickly becoming clear, even started to become the triggering factor and the concentrated expression of ecological crisis of Higher Vocational Education. These problems restrict or even obstacle the improvement of the Higher Vocational Education quality and the connotation construction of the higher vocational education. Thus, this paper will use the theories of ecology and the research paradigm of ecological to analyze the classroom teaching of the higher vocational education deeply, analysis the crux of the problem objectively, and then explore the effective ways and countermeasures to solve these problems.The author deem that firstly we should make clear the principle and the methodology which we hold about the analysis of the classroom teaching of Higher Vocational Education, therefore, the paper introduces the characteristics, structure and operation mechanism of class ecology, and also introduces the related theory of the ecosystem of health in the second chapter. Secondly,we need to face the grim reality of classroom teaching in Higher Vocational Education. In the third chapter, the paper sorts the existing problems of Higher Vocational Education classroom ecosystem and deeply analyzes their reasons from the ecology factors, operation mechanism,ecosystem health evaluation index and so on. Finally in the fourth chapter, under the guide of class ecology and aimed at the problems existing in the higher vocational education class ecology, the paper completes the countermeasure research and construction of class ecology of Higher Vocational Education from the establishment of class ecology concept, class ecological structure and the optimization of the class Eco-system.
