As the urbanization progresses,the whole country has started a wide range of population movements,the rural population is moving towards the city,and the population of the migrant population is increasing,and more and more children are following their parents to the city,and even though the family is reunited and the children's development is not optimistic,the learning problems of the children are an important factor in their health and well-being.Based on the field survey of Beijing J community floating population service for six months,the floating children learning problems focus on learning behavioral problems.This is because learning behavior is not only external behavior but also closely related to the internal physiological and psychological activities of learners.Therefore,the improvement of the learning behaviors of the mobile children is the entry point to help the floating children to change the learning problem and improve the learning score.Questionnaire survey,interview method and participatory observation were used to investigate the current situation of children learning behavior in the community.The specific performance of children learning behavior problems and their family influence factors were analyzed and summarized.Based on the investigation conclusion and the result of the demand assessment,the group work plan was developed based on the cognitive behavioral theory,team work plan formulation,from the two aspects of cognitive restructuring and behavior modification,through team work method of migrant children's bad behavior intervention,in the process of group activities,helping migrant children set up the correct learning cognition,change the bad learning behavior.
