A Study On Social Work Intervention Of Migrant Children In Urban Integration

In recent years,China's rapid economic and social development,has made remarkable achievements,a large number of rural labor force migrant workers,the proportion of urban floating population increased year by year.Migrant children with their parents came to the city,due to language and culture,family background,living habits,education and other aspects of the differences,more difficult to integrate into urban society.Children in the process of adapting to the local life will inevitably have some psychological problems,and sometimes may even appear extreme behavior,which led to individual sad behavior.In this context,we use social workers' professional skills and techniques to solve the educational problems of migrant children,both to play a role in correction,but also in the course of practice to test the social work theory and ideas of the feasibility and effectiveness.Based on the above situation,taking Yingze District of Taiyuan City as an example,this paper studies the social work intervention of migrant urban children in the area,so as to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of floating children in Yingze district of Taiyuan city.This paper summarizes the basic situation of migrant children in Yingze District of Taiyuan City,including from the aspects of quantity and characteristics,and summarizes the basic situation of migrant children in Yingze District of Taiyuan City.From the aspects of life care,school study and psychological recognition This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of integrating the migrant children into the urban process,and analyzes the reasons for the integration of the urban migrant children from the four perspectives of the individual,the family,the school and the society The Secondly,on this basis,we use mobile children to intervene in the city's group work to intervene,including mobile children into the urban group work intervention measures,mobile children into the city life group activities,the implementation and evaluation,and the effectiveness of the intervention The assessment and reflection.Finally,on the basis of the above reasons analysis and practice exploration,combined with the theory of "three associations",from the family,school,social court three levels of their own countermeasures and suggestions.
