Social Work Institutions Participate In Research On The Problem Referring To Migrant Children Integrating In To City

Since the reform and opening up,the society has undergone drastic changes,and the number of migrant children has increased sharply.Due to the great changes in living environment,learning environment and social environment,migrant children have different degrees of urban integration problems in urban life,which on the one hand cause various inconveniences in living and learning of migrant children,and on the other hand bring great psychological pressure.In the long run,it is difficult for migrant children to grow up healthily,and even causes a variety of psychological problems such as autism,depression and anxiety.As a widespread social problem,the integration of migrant children into cities has attracted great attention from governments at all levels and relevant departments.Experts and scholars in relevant fields have carried out detailed and in-depth research and achieved rich results.This paper studies the social integration of migrant children.Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of the research,and summarizes the research status quo of migrant children's social integration from four aspects of behavior status,harmful consequences,influencing factors and methods and measures.Besides,it also gives the research methods,ideas and relevant theoretical basis and concepts.Then,the social work method was used to investigate and study the urban integration of migrant children in Q community of H city,and the specific problems existed in the urban integration were statistically analyzed.The reasons for the urban integration problems of migrant children in this community were analyzed from three levels:micro level,medium level and macro level.In view of the above problems existing in Q community,social work institutions participate in the integration of floating children into cities through multiple service projects.This paper introduces the service specific objective,evaluation of the service object,the unpact of the project to the community service system,social benefits and features highlights of the project,at the same time points out the social work institutions in the floating children into city professional enough,unreasonable organization structure,lack of innovation activities of a single,limited budget lacks continuity,etc.In order to solve the problem of migrant children city into,reduce its harm for migrant children,based on analysis of the cause of migrant children's social integration,this paper gives a perspective of social work institutions to participate in social work migrant children cities into countermeasures:from the perspective of advantage to dig up the advantage of migrant children itself exists,by creating the appropriate channels to embody its own advantages,to help it to better enhance self-confidence,overcome their own psychological problems,promote into ability;in the intervention process of community social work,targeted public welfare projects are created by linking external resources to help migrant children and their families better integrate into the community,build a perfect system from individual,family,school and community levels to create a safe and harmonious growing environment for migrant children;in order to obtain more social support and policy support,the social environment is more friendly to migrant children.
