The core idea of the current education reform in China is "For every student's development".The value orientation reflected in the classroom on the performance for teachers, is letting every student be the subject of study.actually participate in class and complete the construction of knowledge,ability and emotion manners, so as to lay a foundation for the future development.In actual teaching,we often can see the lack of correlation of "teaching" and "learning".From observation of classroom, this dissertation analysis and states "teaching & learning separation",which is so widespread but merely systematically expounded.This dissertation also draws the idea "teaching&learning unity" from Tao Xingzhi.Under the background of the new education,it expanded the connotation of the idea.It is also used to look into "teaching&learning separation",to discuss the relationship between classroom teaching management,which is to pursuit "teaching&learning unity".Finally, this dissertation discusses how to realize the ideal condition of "teaching&learning unity" by classroom teaching management.It puts forward a kind of management model, aimed at overcoming the problem of "teaching&learning separation".The full text is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction. The introduction mainly discusses the background, research contents, research methods, the purpose and value of the research, and research ideas and methods.The second part is the "teaching&learning separation" problem. This section first discusses the nature of the problem of "teaching separation". On the basis of observation and interviews, the problems of "teaching&learning separation" are pointed out. The cause analysis of the problem of it is carried out.The third part is about the relationship between the "teaching&learning unity" and teaching management. First of all, it points out why classroom teaching management should take responsibility for "teaching&learning separation".From three levels of "teaching&learning unity" teaching ideas is to understand. Then it expounds the"teaching&learning unity" and "teaching management" internal relations, including, "teaching" is classroom teaching management areas of concern and realistic goals and classroom teaching management is the inevitable basis and feasible way.The fourth part is the value of classroom teaching management. This part discusses the practical value of classroom teaching management and the problems it may bring,Then it comes with the goal of "teaching&learning unity".It is a new perspective of classroom teaching management.The fifth part is the pursuit of "teaching&learning unity" of the classroom teaching management model. This section gives a relatively complete teaching management model system,including the theoretical basis of the model, the structure of the model,and the implementation conditions and evaluation of the model.The sixth part is the conclusion. The conclusion gives the implementation of the classroom teaching management model, the research is carried on the reflection and the prospect.
