Carrying out modern apprenticeship system is an important exploration of vocational education personnel training in China.The implementation of modern apprenticeship system will strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,improve the disconnection between talent training and the needs of the industry and enterprises,and strengthen the ability and quality of students to adapt to the job.No matter what kind of talent cultivation mode,curriculum and teaching is the core and key,especially the curriculum.Promoting the curriculum reform based on modern apprenticeship system is an important way to promote the implementation of talent training mode and promote the gradual deepening of modern apprenticeship system in the reform and development of vocational education.At present,the curriculum reform of modern apprenticeship must first solve two problems: the selection standard of curriculum content and the structure of curriculum content.This paper argues that based on the modern apprenticeship in the curriculum reform,to cultivate the students' vocational ability as the basic goal,in university-enterprise cooperation development as the main way,in order to work process is the basic source of course content,in order to realize the dual synergy between colleges training as the basic form,the project as the main representation,highlight the respect of modern working characteristics,students' learning and the basic characteristics of modern vocational education development.In this paper,the author combining the actual situation,toparticipate in the curriculum reform itself to C college to promote higher vocational curriculum reform based on the modern apprenticeship as an example,a large number of literature,combing the development of modern apprenticeship,both at home and abroad to study the characteristics of modern apprenticeship,discuss modern apprenticeship curriculum reform theoretical foundation and realistic problems,and put forward corresponding proposals for the reform of vocational education curriculum.The paper is divided into four parts,in addition to the preface,the second part is based on the theoretical analysis of modern apprenticeship curriculum reform,discusses the content,characteristics and ideas of curriculum reform.The third part is a case study,through the analysis of modern apprenticeship in aviation service professional implementation of the background,specific implementation measures and results.By analyzing the practice process of curriculum reform and personnel training service of aviation service specialty,this paper analyzes the specific content of curriculum reform based on modern apprenticeship,and presents the innovative achievements of curriculum system,curriculum structure,curriculum content and resource construction based on modern apprenticeship.On the basis of theoretical research,typical case analysis and reflection,the fourth part puts forward the ideas and countermeasures of modern apprenticeship curriculum reform from five aspects,including design ideas,school-enterprise cooperation,training mode,teaching staff and resource construction.
