In recent years,after-class training institutions in China have developed rapidly,and various training institutions have sprung up.The China Education Association released a report saying that in 2016,the market for after-class tutoring of primary and secondary students in China exceeded 800 billion yuan.These primary and secondary school students tutoring classes are divided into three categories: large classes,small classes,and one-on-one class.In one-on-one class,one teacher tutors 1-3 students,and in most cases one teacher often tutors one student.This course is also called a VIP course.Training institutions that conduct one-on-one training have more detailed division and the quality of teaching is more assured.Each student has a special teacher tracking his/her performance For one-on-one teaching,parents have a high demand for class experience.If the teacher turnover rate is high,it will directly affect students' class experience,thus leading to the dissatisfaction of their parents.As a result,institutions may lose customers.Therefore,how to reduce the turnover of one-on-one teachers is crucial for training institutions.Employee turnover refers to the fact that employees stop receiving wages from organizations,or employees voluntarily terminate contractual relationship recognized in law with organizations.Any enterprise will have more or less employee turnover.Moderate employee turnover is vital to the healthy development of the company,but excessive employee turnover will lead to various problems.As education companies,training institutions have a consistently serious problem of employee turnover due to younger age of their staff.This thesis takes the one-on-one department of F company as the research object,and deeply analyzes the recently situation and main reasons for the turnover of one-on-one tutoring teachers.Based on the research of a large number of related literature,this thesis proposes countermeasures to reduce teacher turnover.Firstly,through the first questionnaire survey,a preliminary conclusion is drawn about the reasons for the teachers turnover in the one-on-one department of F company.Secondly,through the preliminary conclusion,the second questionnaire survey is further designed,and then through the collection and analysis of the second questionnaire,the main reasons for the teacher turnover of F company's one-on-one are concluded.Finally,through random interviews with the departed employees of one-on-one department of F company,the main reasons are further concluded as follows: personal career goal is inconsistent with job,does not have a good teaching material system,few training opportunities and the training content has a low matching degree with the needs of teachers,internal communication mechanism failure,departure cost is low.
