Research On The Performance Of Education Funds Management In Lucheng District,Wenzhou City

Whether a country is strong,mainly to see whether the science and technology is developed or not and the national level of culture,all of these rely on a country's level of education,therefore,education is of vital importance to education make people progress,it had profound consequences for one country in the international competition.At present,according to the actual situation in our country,the problem of compulsory education still plague us,such as insufficient funds,disorderly spending,the allocation of funds is uneven and institutional mechanisms are imperfect,these problems will bring difficulties of compulsory education funds management,and make the compulsory education funds use efficiency is low,so we should look for the countermeasure of how to improve the performance management of funds,to change the status quo,make the compulsory education funds can get scientific and reasonable use.This article study the issue of performance management of wenzhou lucheng compulsory education funds,first of all,combined with theoretical basis for analysis of the performance of lucheng compulsory education method,and then analyze the lucheng compulsory education development present situation,and then pass DEA method to evaluate the performance level,and then through the analysis of the factors affecting the performance of Tobit regression analysis,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.The results of this study indicate that the performance efficiency of education funds management in the 47 schools in lucheng district is low.In lucheng the influence factors of the performance management of compulsory education funds research,mainly from the strengthening the construction of teaching staff,perfecting the education financial resources allocation system in colleges,improve the teaching efficiency,reasonable planning and specification funding mechanism five aspects put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
