| Purpose:As a sensitive period for developing sensitive quality and balancing ability,targeted training for adolescents aged 6-13 can greatly improve their sensitive quality and balancing ability.Latin dance,as a new training means,conforms to the law of pupils’ physical and mental development,and makes teenagers graceful and correct hunchback problems.By studying and mastering the changes of teenagers’ sensitivity and balance ability with Latin dance training,Latin dance movements suitable for pupils are designed and applied to physical education classes to fully tap the role of Latin dance in promoting teenagers’ sensitivity and balance ability.Methods:Sixty students of two classes in Jinyuan Experimental Primary School of Western Polytechnic University were randomly selected as subjects,aged 7-9 years.Thirty students(15 boys and 15 girls)in Class In this paper,the methods of interview,experiment and mathematical statistics are used to study.Five indicators(general reaction time,hexagonal reaction ball,cross quadrant jump,closed eyes and standing on one foot,walking on balance beam)are selected to show the change rule under the experimental intervention,and the influence of Latin dance on children’s sensitive quality and balance ability is revealed.The intervening period was one year.Five indicators were tested on 60 students before the experiment.The test scores of the experimental group and the control group showed P > 0.05 under the paired sample T test,indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups.After the intervention,60 students in the experimental group and the control group were measured five indicators again.The measured data are input into Excel and analyzed by SPSS24.0 data software.Relevant conclusions are drawn.At the same time,this paper also interviewed relevant professors and front-line PE teachers about sports training and dance teaching.Result:1.After 32 weeks of Latin dance training,the scores of boys and girls in general reaction time increased by different ranges.Through comparative analysis,the results of boys in the experimental group increased by 0.06 points;girls increased by 0.08 points;boys in the control group increased by 0.03 points,girls increased by 0.05 points.2.After 32 weeks of Latin dance training,the hexagonal reaction ball scores of boys and girls in the experimental group and the control group increased by different ranges.By comparison,the results of boys and girls in the experimental group increased by 4.1 and 2.3 respectively,while those of boys and girls in the control group increased by 0.1 and 1.4 respectively.3.After 32 weeks of Latin dance training,the performance of cross quadrant jump of boys and girls in the experimental group and the control group increased by different ranges.Through comparison,it was found that the cross quadrant jump performance of boys in the experimental group increased by 4.25;the cross quadrant jump performance of girls increased by 3.35;the cross quadrant jump performance of boys and girls in the control group also increased,boys’ performance increased by 0.5,girls’ performance increased by 0.7.4.After 32 weeks of Latin dance training,the scores of male and female students who stood on one foot with closed eyes increased by different ranges.Through comparison,it was found that the scores of boys in the experimental group increased by 3.1;girls in the control group increased by 4.02;boys and girls in the control group also increased by 0.8 and girls by 0.38.5.After 32 weeks of Latin dance training,the walking performance of the balance beam of both boys and girls increased by different ranges.Through comparison,it was found that the balance beam walking performance of boys in the experimental group increased by 1.04;that of girls increased by 1.2;that of boys and girls in the control group also increased by 0.44,and that of girls increased by 0.35.Conclusion:1.Latin dance training and general physical education course training have no obvious influence on students’ reaction speed;Latin dance training has greater influence on the increase of students’ sensitivity and balance ability than general physical education course training before and after the experiment.2.Most of the PE teachers know little about the methods and theories of Latin dance training,and have not systematically studied such methods.Conclusion:1.Latin dance training and general physical education course training have no obvious influence on students’ reaction speed;Latin dance training has greater influence on the increase of students’ sensitivity and balance ability than general physical education course training before and after the experiment.2.Most of the PE teachers know little about the methods and theories of Latin dance training,and have not systematically studied such methods. |
