Research On The Development And Restrictive Factors Of Medical Social Work In Guangzhou

The strategic theme of healthy China is "co-construction and sharing,and national health".As the main supplier of health,hospitals can no longer meet the needs of the public fully and timely,and medical social work is one of the ways to solve this series of problems.The development of medical social work can not only comply with the proposal of "healthy China" strategy,but also promote the people's life and health.At the situation of complex and diverse conflicts between doctors and patients and increasing demands for various medical services,the development of medical social workers need theoretical guidance and practical experience.At present,China's medical social work career development demand is gradually increasing,but it has encountered many bottlenecks.On the basis of relevant research at home and abroad,this paper further expands the development of medical social work from the theoretical perspective of social welfare and social policy,combined with specific social assistance.At the same time,from the perspective of supply-demand,this paper also analyzes the insufficient and unbalanced development of medical social work in China,so as to provide theoretical support for the healthy and sustainable development of medical social work.In this paper,China's social work policy,especially the medical affair social work,and focus on analysis of Guangzhou and the relevant policies of Guangdong province,to master the course of its advance,found that the relevant government department has formulated the related policies and measures,but inadequate enforcement policy,policy implementation is not enough,the next step still need further perfect in policy making and execution.Then reality on the development of the medical affair social work in Guangzhou were summarized,and analyze from the organizational structure of the medical affair social work,specific implementation,and measuring the demand and supply.We found medical social work system design and service system in Guangzhou is not perfect,the overall size is small,do not have a high attention of the medical social worker,the medical affair social work development is still at an early stage,medical social work of the effective demand has not yet been fully inspire,medical social work personnel's minimum standard has not been formed,the development of medical social work is seriously insufficient and imbalance.Based on the analysis of the reasons and constraints,it is found that medical institutions and leaders pay insufficient attention,invest insufficient funds,have low social identity,low salary and remuneration of medical and social workers,narrow promotion space,lack of continuous attraction,and affect the stability of services.These factors further affect the quality of some medical social work services,which leads to a vicious circle in which medical social workers cannot develop healthily.Finally,based on the above research,this article from the government departments,the medical social work guide organization,social work services in medical institutions,the third party supply mechanism,education system and the medical social worker itself aspects,put forward the relevant policy recommendations,advocating from the angle of multiple work to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the medical affair social work.
