| In 2014,the State Council issued "Opinions on the Implementation of Deepening the Reform of the Examination and Enrollment System." Shanghai,as one of the pilot cities in the reform of the college entrance examination,under the guidance of the State Council’s reform spirit,combined with the city’s actual situation,"The Implementation Plan for Deepening the Comprehensive Reform of College Entrance Examination and Enrollment in Shanghai" was promulgated.The document points out that on the basis of completing the basic curriculum,senior high school students can select three subjects from six of ideology and politics,history,geography,physics,chemistry,and life sciences as their assessment subjects based on their own specialty and needs.The implementation of the selective examination system has given birth to the walking class teaching system in the form of the new college entrance examination reform.Compared with the traditional class teaching system,the walking class system gives students more choices and space to take care of the individual differences among students and helps students develop their overall and individual character.It is important for the reform of the new college entrance examination.However,due to the walking class system is a new product created under the background of the new college entrance examination reform,there is no model to learn from,and differences in the organization methods and management models among the schools,the implementation of the walking class system has generated a lot dilemmas.Based on this,this article starts from the walking class system of A school in Shanghai,and thoroughly explores the difficult dilemmas of the walking class system implementation,and objectively and rationally analyzes the causes of the dilemmas,and further puts forward the way of “out of” walking class implementation dilemma.This study is based on the background of the value by the implementation of the walking class system under the background of the reform of the new college entrance examination.The case study method is used as the main research method.The typical school A middle school implemented by the Shanghai walking class system is selected as the research object,combined with the literature method 、 observation and interviews,analysis of the status of research objects.The study found that there are variety of dilemmas in elective subjects,teaching,management,and teacher-student communication in the implementation of A middle school walking class system: In the selection of classes,there is a blindness in the willingness of the students to select the subjects and the selection decision is affected by many factors;In terms of class teaching,students in different classes within the walking class influence each other,the classroom atmosphere in the reserve classrooms is negative,and the quality of science teaching ispoor.In terms of class management,the design of class placement schedule is immature and the order of classroom teaching needs to be rectified.In terms of teacher-student communication,teachers “can’t catch” the student situation and the students are showing signs of neglect.The causes of the above dilemma are many: the reasons for taking the dilemma in class selection include the lack of self-discipline and guidance of the elective subjects.The new college entrance examination has become the main factor affecting students’ selection of subjects;Students were not properly stratified prior to the elective section,and students were not accustomed to the life of the class.The reasons for the dilemma of class management were the frequent loss of eminent teachers,lack of self-discipline and heteronomy in the students,and lack of strict grading in the original classes.Regulations and systems;the reasons for the difficulties of class communication are: students’ emotional education is neglected and moral education work is weak.On the basis of the above difficulties and reasons for walking class system implementation,this study proposes to guide students to make a proper life planning,further implement the principle of individualized teaching,innovate school’s management,strengthen emotional education and moral education education,etc.With a view to providing possible opinions and Suggestions on the implementation of the current walking class system and the smooth rolling of the country. |
