On October 2015,the State Council approved the establishment of the Yellow River Delta Agricultural High-tech Industrial Demonstration Zone.According to the approval,the Yellow River Delta Agricultural High-tech Industrial Demonstration Zone centers on the functional orientation of modern agricultural Silicon Valley,engine of innovation and development.In this park,it will be the platform for the modern Agriculture.With the development of the economy,the talent is in great need.At present,the supply and the need is not in balance.A seasonable and scientific Personnel system is needed.This paper discusses the basic situation,the present situation of talents and the present situation of talent support system in the agricultural high education demonstration area of the Yellow River delta,analyzes the existing problems of talent support system,introduces the domestic experience of Qingdao blue valley,yangling and chongqing ecological functional area,then from the talent policy,the introduction,training and incentives and so on various aspects put forward the perfect agricultural high demonstration talent support system suggested countermeasures.This paper puts forward some Suggestions on how to improve the talent support system in the agriculture and high education demonstration area of the Yellow River delta.First,continuously strengthen the guidance of talent policy and constantly improve talent policy planningl.Pay more attention to talent policy,highlight the characteristics of talent policy characteristics.Give full play to the talent policy advisory platform,share a variety of forms to strengthen policy propaganda.Further strengthen the implementation of the talent policy,and truly bring the policy into full play.Second,optimize the talent introduction model and break through the bottleneck of talent shortage.Further widen the channel of the talent introduction,expanding coverage of talent introduction.For the development of talent to build a broader stage for the introduction of talent to create a good environment.Third,cultivate local talents and build a multi-level talent training system.Determine the objectives of talent training and clarify the objectives of talent training.Find out the object of talent training and strengthen the construction of local talent team.Adopt diversified talent training methods and establish diversified talenteducation system.Fourth,innovate the talent incentive mechanism and tap the greatest potential of talents.Establishing and improving a fair salary system.Spirit award and material award are used together,arouse the working enthusiasm of talent adequately.Establish talent performance appraisal system and enhance talent team competition consciousness.
