In the new era,with the deepening development of economic globalization,the international industrial competition game is becoming increasingly fierce,China’s economy has also changed from high-speed development to high-quality development,which has stimulated the country’s greater demand for technical personnel.In order to adapt to the new situation,China needs a large number of applied skilled personnel who have received high-quality vocational education.Secondary vocational students are an important source of skilled personnel.Whether they have good professional quality or not is of far-reaching significance for China to build a strong industrialized country.Enhancing the moral level and professional accomplishment of secondary vocational students and strengthening the ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools provide a solid talent guarantee for realizing the "Chinese Dream".Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China 70 years ago,especially since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,China’s manufacturing industry has been developing rapidly.In order to become a powerful manufacturing country at an early date,China has intensified the training of professional talents in an effort to enable more young people with aspirations to grow into skilled craftsmen and realize the value of life in creating social wealth.Huining County,as a famous education County in Northwest China,is known as the "top County in college entrance examination" and "the home of doctor",but its vocational education is still short-board.Throughout the ideological and political education of secondary vocational schools in Huining County,the situation is still not ideal and the effect is not outstanding enough.Taking the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of secondary vocational students in Huining County of Gansu Province as an example,this paper finds out the problems existing in the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of secondary vocational students in Huining County and puts forwardcountermeasures.This article is divided into three parts:The first part: summarizes the core theory of the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools.The second part: mainly introduces the current situation of Ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools in Huining County.With interviews and surveys as the main research methods,this paper analyzes the achievements and problems of Ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools in Huining County,and based on the actual situation in Huining County,summarizes the main reasons for the ineffectiveness of Ideological and political education in Huining County.The third part: Aiming at the problems existing in the ideological and political education of secondary vocational schools in Huining County,combining with the reality of Huining County,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in order to provide reference for further improving the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of secondary vocational schools in Huining County.Hope that this article through the analysis of the status quo of Ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools in Huining County,aiming at the problems existing in the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of secondary vocational students in Huining County,puts forward practical countermeasures,and provides some reference and reference for ideological and political education in other counties and districts of the country. |
