Research On The Effectiveness Of The Secondary Vocational Students Ideological And Political Education

Along with the popularity of the higher education, secondary vocational school is under too much pressure from poor students source and difficult employment. The constant development of market economy makes the training objective of the secondary vocational school tend to be utilitarian. The effectiveness shortage of secondary vocational students’ ideological and political education has become one of the most serious problems that the secondary vocational education faces, it not only restricts the healthy development of secondary vocational education, but also has affected the secondary vocational students’ comprehensive development, and it has also led away from the ultimate goal to cultivate numerous talents of high quality and high technical ability. This paper takes as the point of departure the basic theoretical principles of actual effect in ideological and political education for secondary vocational students and through the questionnaire survey to analysis the present situation of the secondary vocational students’ ideological and political education and the factors of the shortage of effectiveness, so as to further explore the countermeasures and ways to enhance the effectiveness of the secondary vocational students ideological and political education.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part summarizes the effectiveness of the secondary vocational students ideological and political education. This part definites the relevant concept of secondary vocational students, and analyses the content and characteristics of the ideological and political education, with the combination of the particularity of secondary school students, it proceeds to give a brief discussion on the effectiveness of the secondary vocational students, thus lays a foundation for the research. The second part gives a survey to the actual effect in ideological and political education for secondary vocational students.On the basis of the questionnaire survey, it sums up the achievement and insufficient of the secondary vocational student’s ideological state and analyzes the causes that give rise to the less effect in ideological and political education for secondary vocational students from education environment, education channel, education team and students itself. The third part deals with the countermeasures for the improvement of the actual effect in ideological and political education for secondary vocational students.In allusion to the problems mentioned above, it explores the way to enhance the effectiveness of the education of ideological and political from the following six aspects:the education principle, education environment, education target, education method, education team and education evaluation.
