Under the background of information age,artificial intelligence is a rising sunrise industry and the mainstream trend of social development in the future;Only by keeping up with the trend of The Times can artificial intelligence not be eliminated;Active learning and research on artificial intelligence is the embodiment of cultivating lifelong learning ability,and constantly updating ideas is conducive to the cultivation of innovative thinking and imagination;The research and learning of artificial intelligence in the future can accurately grasp the pulse of The Times,so as to achieve the possibility of leading development.For college teachers,the study and application of artificial intelligence is an important way and inevitable means to realize their career development.With the development and application of big data,cloud computing and other technologies,artificial intelligence has become an advanced stage of information technology development,which will further promote education teaching reform and creative development,and thus bring great challenges to the professional development of teachers.In the era of knowledge sharing to create information,intelligent,educational target will change of the teacher,the teacher only transfer knowledge,skills,can not meet the needs of the students,teachers should cultivate learning more imagination,creativity,critical thinking,independent learning,cooperative learning,the outlook on life,values,world view of the machine can't replace part,focus on cultivating the students' social,make students better adapt to the coming era of intelligence.This paper has sorted out the relevant knowledge of teacher professional development and sorted out the theme of teacher professional development under different historical backgrounds: in the traditional education stage,teachers only need to use traditional teaching methods to teach;The information age requires teachers to use information technology such as computer network,multimedia equipment and other tools for education teaching;The era of artificial intelligence requires teachers to use artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing and other technologies for education teaching to achieve intelligent education.Higher vocational teachers,the author of this paper made a special investigation,for higher vocational teachers' understanding and use of artificial intelligence have a certain understanding,found that problems exist in the process of higher vocational teachers in the use of artificial intelligence are: less higher vocational teachers' understanding and use of artificial intelligence,artificial intelligence class teachers of science use slant than teachers of humanities and social sciences,higher vocational teachers' expectation in the teaching application of artificial intelligence,higher vocational colleges of higher vocational teachers' lack of artificial intelligence course training,artificial intelligence insufficient equipment,etc.Through literature review and practical investigation,it is understood that the main reasons for the insufficient use of artificial intelligence by teachers are: immature theories and products related to artificial intelligence;Artificial intelligence promotes teachers in the pilot stage;At present,the content of teacher training is relatively backward;Education artificial intelligence is less widely used in schools.Aiming at the current problems and reasons,the author puts forward some Suggestions and countermeasures from the national level,school level and teacher level respectively,hoping to be beneficial to the professional development of the majority of higher vocational teachers.
