University Management Cadres Under The Vision Of "Double First-Class" Construction Specialization Research

The level of development of higher education is an important indicator of a country’s development level and development potential.At this stage,the competition faced by Chinese universities has gradually become more global.In 2015,the Party Central Committee and the State Council proposed the construction of world-class universities and first-class disciplines,aiming at achieving the connotative development of higher education.This is an important measure for building a strong country in higher education and an inevitable choice for realizing a strong country of human resources.As the primary carrier of talent training,colleges and universities are the internal driving force for the development and progress of colleges and universities.Therefore,the construction of “double first-class”in colleges and universities is not only the construction of first-class disciplines and first-class universities,but also the construction of excellent management level and first-class management cadres in universities.This has also become an important task for improving the comprehensive competitiveness of colleges and universities and the construction of “double first-class” construction.This paper adopts the research methods of literature analysis,historical analysis,investigation and comparative study,collects and sorts out the research results of university management cadres at home and abroad,expounds the relevant concepts of the professionalization of university management cadres,and sorts out the historical development process of university management cadres in China since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.According to the requirement of "double top" construction,management cadre handed out questionnaires to some universities,the specialization of management cadres of colleges and universities of the construction of the present situation analysis,it is concluded that the main problems existing in the specialized management cadres construction consciousness is not strong,lack of professional training and professional construction management cadres underpowered,selected the United States,Britain,Japan,Germany,Australia and other world-class university as the research object,using the experience of the university management cadre specialization construction,Put forward to clear the management cadres in colleges and universities professional construction management cadre team construction goal,set up a professional admittance system,strengthening the cadres training,perfecting the management cadre career advancement mechanism,and perfect management cadre assessment and evaluation system of countermeasures,which aims at enhancing the comprehensive degree of specialization of management cadres in colleges and universities,boost the construction of "double top",promote the development of modern higher education level.
