| As a major strategic decision,the construction of “ double first-class ” plays an important role in the development of higher education in China.As an important part of higher education,colleges and universities with industry characteristics not only lead colleges and universities at the same level with unique industry advantages after transferring to local management,but also provide high-quality talents and rich theoretical results for the development of local economy,society and industry.How to further develop the industry advantages of colleges and universities with industry characteristics,highlight the development of characteristics,and improve the level and quality of running a school are the primary problems for these colleges and universities.The proposal of ‘ double first-class ’ construction has brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of colleges and universities with industry characteristics.In the context of “ double first-class ”,the school-running orientation is the core element of how to make use of the advantages of colleges and universities with industry characteristics to maintain the characteristic development.This paper takes28 colleges and universities with geological,mineral and oil industry characteristics as examples to study the orientation of colleges and universities with industry characteristics under the background of “ double first-class ”.Firstly,the literature research method is used to collect and sort out the research results and related theoretical research on the construction of ‘ double first-class ’ and the orientation of colleges and universities with industry characteristics,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.Secondly,the quantitative analysis method of keyword statistical measurement is used to analyze the current situation of school-running orientation of 28 sample colleges and universities.Taking the development goal orientation,school-running type orientation,school-running level orientation,discipline and specialty orientation,talent training orientation and service orientation as the main research indicators,it is found that there are some problems such as general expression of development goal orientation,convergence of school-running type orientation,seeking more and higher school-running level orientation,excessive pursuit of comprehensive discipline construction,lack of individuality of talent training objectives,and vague definition of service orientation.Then,by analyzing the internal and external environment of the school-running orientation of colleges and universities with industry characteristics,the influencing factors of the school-running orientation of colleges and universities with industry characteristics are explored,and the SWOT analysis results are obtained,which lays a solid foundation for the proposal of the school-running orientation strategy of colleges and universities with industry characteristics later.Then use the comparative research method to explore the school-running orientation and enlightenment of French grandes coles and German universities of applied science in similar universities abroad,and make a reference for the following orientation strategy of colleges and universities with industry characteristics in China.Finally,combined with the full text from the government,society,colleges and universities three aspects put forward the“ double first-class ” under the background of China ’ s industry characteristic university orientation strategy. |
