Primary and middle school teachers are the persons who cultivate talents in basic education of China,who push the basic education along.Under the requirements of the new era,the teaching of teachers has undergone a new round of changes,and creative teaching behavior has an important effect on the cultivation of students in all aspects.As a kind of creative ability,emotional creativity is conducive to the generation of creative teaching behavior,and also plays an important role in teachers' self-efficacy.Most of the research on emotional creativity and creative behavior was concentrated in the field of enterprises,while there was little research on teachers.Therefore,the research on the relationship between emotional creativity and primary and middle school teachers' creative teaching behavior had a positive effect on the basic education in China.In this context,this study was based on the theory of emotional social construction,conducted a questionnaire survey on 542 primary and middle school teachers form some cities of Hunan and Jiangxi Provinces,analyzed the collected data by correlation,regression analysis,mediating and moderating effects tests to discussed the relationship between emotional creativity and primary and middle school teachers' creative teaching behavior,as well the mediating effect of creative teaching efficacy and the moderating effect of school creative organizational climate.And founded that:(1)Emotional creativity had a significant positive effect on primary and middle school teachers' creative teaching behavior;(2)Emotional creativity had a significant positive effect on primary and middle school teachers' creative teaching efficacy;(3)Creative teaching efficacy had a significant positive effect on primary and middle school teachers' creative teaching behavior;(4)Creative teaching efficacy had a partial mediating effect between emotional creativity and primary and middle school teachers' creative teaching behavior;(5)School creative organizational climate had a moderating effect between emotional creativity and primary and middle school teachers' creative teaching behavior;(6)School creative organizational climate acted as a mediated-moderator,which emotional creativity influenced primary and middle school teachers' creative teaching behavior through the sense of creative teaching efficacy,thus showing the mediating effect.The conclusion showed that: emotional creativity influenced primary and middle school teachers' creative teaching behavior through creative teaching efficacy,and this relationship was moderated by the school creative organizational climate,that was,the higher the level of school creative organizational climate,the stronger the relationship between emotional creativity and the creative teaching efficacy of primary and middle school teachers.
