I select primary school teachers as research object to explore their working motivation and creative teaching behaviors’ present situation and characteristics, specificly analyze all the dimensions of working motivation how to influence creative teaching behaviors. At the same time, I explore creative teaching efficacy how to effect creative teaching behaviors.I revise three scales of primary school teachers’working motivation, creative teaching efficacy and creative teaching behaviors by selecting135primary school teachers, so that they are suitable to this research. Then we use the questionnaire investigation method, investigate336primary school teachers from Shandong and Jiangsu province to examine the participants’working motivation, creative teaching efficacy and creative teaching behaviors and the relationships among them. We come to the following conclusions:1Teachers’ working motivation of the regional difference is obvious:survival motivation of city school teachers is higher than that of rural teachers, and achieves significant difference; and scores of rural teachers in the other dimensions are higher than the city teachers. On the gender difference, male teachers on the power motivation, survival motivation and self-fulfilment motivation are significantly higher than that of female teachers. On teaching time, except teaching motivation and self-fulfilment motivation, the difference of other dimensions is remarkable.2In general, primary school teachers’ creative teaching efficacy is relatively high. On the regional difference, rural teachers on the total score and the scores of all dimentions are higher than that of city teachers, only difference of negative self-awareness is not significant. On the gender difference, in negative self-awareness, female teachers are higher than that of the male teachers, but are not significant differences, the other two dimensions of male teachers are higher than that of female teachers, and are the significance of difference. In addition to teaching time, except negative self-awareness, the difference is remarkable.3Overall, the frequency of primary school teachers’ creative teaching behaviors is relatively high. On motivation inspiring and learning guidance, teachers in rural areas are significantly higher than the city teachers. Primary school teachers’creative teaching behaviors and each dimension in gender have no significant difference, but in teaching time difference is significant.4Primary school teachers’ working motivation, creative teaching efficacy and creative teaching behaviors are positively related. The power motivation, survival motivation and creative teaching behaviors are negatively related; duty motivation, relation motivation, respect motivation, self-fulfilment motivation and creative teaching behaviors are positively related. Teachers’ creativity teaching efficacy has total mediator effect between working motivation and creative teaching behaviors.
