| In order to reach the requirements of “Incorporating the rule of law education into the education system for the whole nation and establishing the rule of law knowledge in primary and secondary schools” proposed in the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee,the textbook “Ideology and Morality”in the junior high school was renamed“Moral and Rule of Law”.In the current context of ruling the country according to law,the renaming and rewriting of the textbook reflects the importance attached to the rule of law education to the junior high school students.The article analyzes and studies the content of rule of law education in the textbook "Moral and Rule of Law" by using the literature method,text analysis method and case analysis method.The article follows the idea of“propose a problem—analyze the problem—solve the problem”.First of all,through the interpretation of relevant literature and policies,the urgency of the rule of law education for junior high school students is emphasized.Secondly,the paper analyzes the content of the rule of law education in the textbooks.Through statistics and analysis,it explains the distribution of the content of the rule of law education in the textbooks and its presentation characteristics,and finds that it presents the content selection and pays attention to the students’ life of law and the way of presentation.The students’ interests and needs,the content organization pays attention to the progressive progress of the thinking,and the content distribution has different emphasis on these four characteristics.Then,in connection with the actual teaching,from the perspective of timing,in the three aspects of the preparation,teaching process and teaching effect before the classroomteaching,combined with the analysis of some teaching cases,it is found that the current rule of law education content teaching is difficult for teachers to prepare lessons,the teaching process encounters bottlenecks,and the teaching effect is difficult to test.Finally,according to the presentation characteristics’ rule of law education content in the textbook and the difficulties it faces in teaching,it puts forward suggestions such as making full use of the favorable factors in the new textbooks and promoting teachers to improve the professionalism of law.The period provides a certain reference for the teaching of the rule of law education content in the future textbooks. |
