Research On The Cultivation Of Students’ Legal Awareness By Politics And Rule Of Law

On June 28,2016,the Ministry of Education,the Ministry of Justice,and the National Law Office jointly promulgated the "Adolescent Rule of Law Education Program",emphasizing the significance and importance of implementing the rule of law education for young people,pointing out the deepening of the rule of law education,and further establishing and improving the national rule of law education system.The necessity;on September 10,2018,General Secretary Xi at the National Education Conference issued an important speech on strengthening the rule of law for young people and enabling them to develop good habits of obeying the law.It can be seen that the party and the state attach great importance to the cultivation of juvenile legal awareness.Based on the cultivation of the rule of law consciousness of high school students,this study firstly discusses the meaning of the rule of law awareness in Politics and Rule of Law in the Standards of Ideological and Political Courses in General Senior High School(2017),and the relationship between the awareness of the rule of law and the core literacy of high school ideological and political disciplines.Explain,combined with the requirements of the times,point out the necessity of cultivating the rule of law for high school students.At the same time,based on the content of "Politics and Rule of Law" and teaching requirements,it is pointed out that the cultivation of students’ awareness of the rule of law is an important course goal of "Politics and Rule of Law".Secondly,the paper studies the content and teaching methods of "Politics and Rule of Law",and finds that the resources of the rule of law in the "Politics and Rule of Law" are enriched,and the status ofimproved.It also pays more attention to effectiveness.At the same time,combined with the status quo of high school ideological and political education in the past ten years,it can be foreseen that the new curriculum standard will be faced with the establishment of the curriculum standard authority,the establishment and operation of the academic quality evaluation system at the beginning of the use of teaching materials and teaching implementation.Waiting for many difficulties.Finally,in the premise of the problem,the idea of??evading methods should be proposed as soon as possible,and the effect of the development of the rule of law consciousness that may be faced by the "Politics and Rule of Law" in the future teaching implementation process is not up to expectations,the deviation of the course objectives and the teacher’s literacy may lead to ideological politics.According to the new curriculum standard instructions and the combination of teaching practice,the author proposes to carry out the teaching of activity-based subjects in ideological and political disciplines,to improve the literacy of teachers in accordance with the requirements of the times,and to improve the evaluation mechanism of the course of politics and the rule of law.The strategy of cultivating students’ awareness of the rule of law provides certain theoretical and practical guidance for the implementation of the "Politics and Rule of Law".
