Analysis Of The Social Workers In Community

With the prominent importance of economic reform,social transformation and social affairs,how to effectively manage or govern an increasingly diversified and differentiated society has begun to enter the top decision-making agenda of the party and the government.In 2002,the concept of social management was first put forward in the report of the 16 th national congress of the communist party of China,and it was listed as one of the four functions of the government.However,profound changes in social structure,adjustment of interest pattern and profound changes in ideology led to a series of new situations and problems in the following ten years,and social management has been unable to meet the needs of social development.The third plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee first proposed the concept of social governance,which was replaced by social governance.The paper takes the social workers of A street in Guangzhou as the research object,and deeply explores social workers play a variety of roles in the process of building the social governance pattern of co-construction and co-governance,.This study has shown that social workers play multiple roles in community governance,such as the negotiator,multi-skilling facilitator,social policy influence and efficient service provider.At the same time,it also specifically analyzes the role conflicts and specific manifestations of social workers in community governance,and sorts out the causes of conflicts.In response to the problem,this paper finally proposes a feasible countermeasure to help social workers get out of the role predicament by establishing regular communication and interaction mechanisms,strengthening organizational leadership and policy guidance,and expanding social workers' development and growth space.and tries to provide the basis and reference for the relevant government departments to build a high-quality social worker talent team.
