Community development began in the mid-1980 s and experienced the process of "community service" to "community building" and then to "community governance",reflecting the transition from community management to citizen participation.Social work is one of the main body of community governance,and other important governance communities that cooperate with community governance are becoming more and more important.But at present,social workers to participate in community governance is still in its infancy,its positioning,function and even professional is still questioned.This study hopes to explore the role of professional social work in the process of community governance in the context of community governance,and to contribute to the development of local social work.This study explores the process of social workers' participation in social service by social worker collaboration in J city F community through case study.It is found that social work can play a role in three dimensions: collaboration to carry out social service and cooperative mobilization service Object participation in community autonomy,collaboration and integration of other social organizations revitalize community resources.However,there are some difficulties in the process of social workers' participation in community governance,including the lack of co-ordination of the development of social work industry,the lack of cognition of social work and other social organizations,and the improvement of social worker's cooperation ability.Researchers have made relevant suggestions on the above difficulties,including the need for the Government to focus on research and training.The Government needs to regulate the purchase of services.Social workers need to clarify the positioning of community neighborhood committees.Social workers need to clarify their roles andresponsibilities and social workers need to enhance their own service capacity.
