Research On The Implementation Of Entrepreneurship Policy For College Students In Jiangsu

All countries in the world are faced with a common task to effectively promote entrepreneurship.Meanwhile,Entrepreneurship has become an important topic in national development,which rising to national development strategy.College students are an important part of the entrepreneurial group.Promoting college students' entrepreneurship can not only create more employment opportunities,but also effectively promote the construction of innovative countries and innovative regions.The state and local governments from the county up to the state have issued a series of policies and measures in support of college students' entrepreneurship.This article analyzes the policy environment for college students' entrepreneurship in Jiangsu province from the perspective of policyimplementation,which involves the dependency theory,the theory of responsible government and the community policy theory of comprehensive use of resources.Research approaches includes literature research method,research conclusion research method and questionnaire survey method.Firstly,the theoretical foundation for further research by reviewed the current research of College Students' entrepreneurship policy in a global context is built.Secondly,the major Concepts of entrepreneurship,college entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship policy and policy of college Students' entrepreneurship are effectively clarified,to clear that the policy of college Students' entrepreneurship is "The government has set up a series of guiding documents,policies and regulations to encourage entrepreneurship,improve the success rate of entrepreneurship and support the growth of enterprises for college students." Thirdly,the current policy environment of College Students' entrepreneurship at the provincial level in Jiangsu province is analyzed.Fourthly,through a questionnaire survey,the effectiveness of the college students' entrepreneurship in Jiangsu Province is evaluated,the problems and shortcomings in its content,publicity and implementation are analyzed.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures to further improve the policy of college students' entrepreneurship in Jiangsu province.The suggestions are as follows:(1)Policy content needs to be consistent and more targeted,so that the efficiency of all sectors of the government is increased;(2)The responsibilities of the government and colleges need to be strengthened and the publicity of the policy needs to be optimized;(3)Firstly,functional departments need to be integrated to simplify the process of policy implementation.Secondly,the ability and quality of public managers need to be improved.Finally,supervision mechanism and evaluation mechanism need to be perfected.
