Study On The Employment Service System Of Shaanxi College Of Communication Technology

As an important part of higher education system,higher vocational education shoulders the mission of cultivating high-skilled talents for the first line of production,construction,service and management.As the core link of higher vocational education,employment is the key to the realization of the development goal of vocational education.Under the current situation that college students are facing challenges,higher vocational employment has achieved certain results,but at the same time it faces some outstanding problems in terms of low quality of employment and construction of employment service system.According to the characteristics of higher vocational students and the actual situation of social and economic development,it is a very important thing to build a scientific and perfect employment service system for higher vocational colleges,especially for western higher vocational colleges.Based on the investigation of the status quo of the employment service system of Shaanxi college of communication technology and macro environment analysis,this paper puts forward the problems of the employment service system.These problems are mainly manifested in four aspects: weak employment service main body function,insufficient employment service strength,single employment service mode and content,and lagging employment service platform construction.Based on the experience of employment services at home and abroad,this paper proposes to improve the employment service policy,rationalize the employment service mechanism of the school,and implement the “full coverage” of the employment service content through the modular theory and practice teaching,with the help of perfect employment.Information platform,expand service scope,innovative service methods,carry out accurate employment guidance services,and effectively promote the school employment service system to be more perfect.
