In the era of knowledge economy,talents have become an important factor in promoting social progress and promoting economic growth.High-level talents,as leaders in technology,leaders in innovation,and pioneers in the industry,play a role in the economic and social development of a region and even a country.Decisive role.China has put talent development at an important height and actively implemented the talent development strategy.Local governments attach great importance to the construction of high-level talents,and introduce and implement high-level talent-related policies with greater efforts.Yongchun County of Quanzhou City also actively responded to the call of the central,provincial and municipal governments,vigorously implemented the strategy of “Talent Talents County”,and focused on the introduction,development,cultivation and use of high-level talents.In recent years,the talent awareness of Yongchun County has been greatly enhanced,the total number of talents has increased year by year,the talent structure has been continuously optimized,and high-level talents have emerged continuously,playing an important role in various fields.Based on a large number of reading references at home and abroad and interviews with relevant experts,this paper determines the satisfaction of policy content and the implementation of the policy from the perspective of high-level talents in accordance with the policy implementation stage of policy formulation,policy implementation and effectiveness evaluation.Degrees and policy implementation satisfaction three dimensions,combined with the content and practice of high-level talent policies of central,provincial,municipal and county in recent years,formed 12 indicators that affect the satisfaction of high-level talent policies,and established a high level of Yongchun County.Talent policy satisfaction assessment model.Taking 198 high-level talents from Yongchun County as the research object,relying on field research and interviews to obtain the questionnaire data,from the high-level talents to policy satisfaction and demographic characteristics,the high-level talents to the overall evaluation of the policy,using statistical analysis Methods An empirical analysis of policy satisfaction was conducted to analyze the satisfaction of high-level talents in Yongchun County on high-level talent policies and what factors have had a significant impact on the overall satisfaction of high-level talent policies.Based on these factors,we will further explore and improve high-level talents.Countermeasures and recommendations for policy implementation satisfaction,It provides empirical evidence for further enhancing the effectiveness of high-level talents policy implementation and improving the service level of highlevel talents.
