| The main idea of the traditional teaching concept in China is DW theory,which treats all students as tools to accept knowledge and treats every point as the only standard of valuing school education,teachers’ teaching skills and students’ marks.As a result,it has a bad influence on stopping students’ active thoughts,and ignore the developing their own abilities.Most of them can get high marks but have low ability,which is not good for their growing.In recent years,the curriculum reform in China is propelled steadily along with the improvement of people’s attention to education.Since the new curriculum standards are promulgated in 2011,different kinds of education reforms have been carried out all over the country.Based on the new curriculum standards,physics teachers should pay more attention to students’ "independence,cooperation and exploration" during the process of physics teaching in our country.Therefore,on the way of curriculum reform,we need a teaching mode that is suitable for physics class and for students’ physical abilities.And meanwhile we need to give the initiative of the class back to students.For this reason,in my article,according to my physics teaching experience,I follow the requirement of the new curriculum standards to study the importance of physics curriculum reform.Based on the "6+1 efficient class" teaching mode,I study to set up a new teaching mode called "361 efficient class" teaching mode,which is better for students in the physics class.Using this teaching mode is a improvement and innovation of traditional teaching method,and it also has influence on the curriculum reform in China.The "361 efficient class" teaching mode is based on many different kinds of study of teaching method at home and broad.And it is based on my teaching experience in my school.I study all the theories about it,practice over and over again,and innovate by myself according to many classes.Finally,a new teaching method that has physical features is set up.About "361 efficient class" teaching mode,the number "3" refers to a method of teachers’ preparing for class.That means teachers should have three times of teaching preparation and two times of discussion with colleagues who teach the same subject in the same grade before every class.The number “6” means six steps which are used during the class.Teachers and students cooperate by using them——leading-thinking-discussing-showing-comment-test.The principle of "6+1 efficient class" is learning first,and teaching by learning evaluation.The teachers use this mode in class to implement the 6-step process management,strengthen the research of teaching,and improve the effectiveness of every class.The number “1” refers to students cooperative learning group."Students cooperative learning group" is an important part of enhancing students’ independent management ability,and also a key breakthrough to improve the efficiency of class.It can also promote students’ learning interest.Strengthening the construction and management of "cooperative learning group" makes class management,subject teaching and teaching life more closer.The following is the content of author’s main research.Starting with the first curriculum reform that is implemented in China after the new curriculum standards are promulgated,the author analyzes the common characteristics of these teaching modes and research the common problems existing in the teaching practice of these modes.And then the author describes the background,significance,content and method of these problems.This paper studies the theoretical basis of the "361 efficient class" teaching mode.And this paper also studies the value of this mode that is applied in physics teaching of junior high school and studies how to applied.The author summarized the problems during the physics class according to her own teaching experience and other physics teachers’ actual practice.And meanwhile,she gave some measures and suggestions on how to make "361" efficient class mode combined with physics teaching of junior middle school.Also,she talked about the direction of striving in the physics teaching and the prospect of the value that this mode will be promoted in the near future. |
