In recent years,with the rapid development of science and electronic information technology,as well as the popularity of smartphones,mobile networks and tablets,people began to enter a"micro-era".At the same time,students also have new needs for learning style and learning content.Under the rapid development of the times,the traditional courses students have been unable to meet their needs and aspirations for knowledge.As a novel modern curriculum,microcurriculum not only includes all the commonalities of traditional curriculum,but also innovates the learning method in the course of curriculum development and information education,and constantly updates and updates the learning content.Integration has also played a certain role in helping and promoting daily teaching.Through the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and so on,this study has made a deep understanding of the micro-curriculum and the design of the micro-curriculum,combined with the expert opinion and the teacher’s opinion.Students’demand and the characteristics of fashion fitness course design fashion fitness micro-course,and provide reference suggestions for the design of similar micro-course.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1.This study is guided by constructivism,mobile learning and informal learning,and designs fashion fitness microcourses based on learning app platform according to the survey data and the characteristics of this course.The detailed design process and design method are described.2.Through the analysis of the obtained data,the fashion fitness micro-course module includes teaching module,interactive module,expansion module and teaching evaluation module.3.According to the relevant suggestions,there are three sub-modules in the teaching module:audio data,video data and link data,and there are three sub-modules in the interactive module:discussion area,class group chat and learning investigation.In the expansion module,there are two sub-modules:professional course expansion knowledge and other related expansion knowledge.In the teaching evaluation module,there are two sub-modules:homework detection and examination test,and at the same time,there are more specific knowledge contents in each sub-module.4.the modules of fashion fitness microcourse designed in this study are simple and reasonable,the knowledge structure is relatively perfect,and the presentation methods include video,text,audio,picture and so on.When students use it,they only need to choose the corresponding knowledge to learn according to their own needs,so as to avoid the confusion of knowledge and save the traditional classroom time.5.The design method of this study can provide a reference suggestion for other courses to carry out micro-curriculum design.It combines traditional curriculum with contemporary science and technology so that learning is not limited to the classroom.It effectively promotes the change of teaching methods and has certain reference significance for the current fashion fitness course.
