| Objective: With the development of sports science and technology,in recent years,there have been many kinds of intelligent devices to monitor energy consumption in periodic sports.Among them,smart hand rings and smart phone application software have been favored and used by more and more people.At present,some studies have explored the validity of sports smart bracelet and smart phone application software for monitoring physical activity,but most of them are based on specific activities in a certain laboratory environment,with short exercise time and strict speed control.The purpose of this study is to use portable cardiopulmonary function tester to measure the effect of exercise smart bracelet and smart phone application software on monitoring energy consumption of different types of physical activity,and select several popular sports software in daily life to study,so that portable cardiopulmonary function tester can be used as an accurate reference value to compare the monitoring effect of several software on energy consumption during periodic exercise.With the percentage of errors,the relationship between the measured values and reference values of several software is discussed,so as to provide scientific basis for the majority of athletes,provide reference for the selection of sports software,select more appropriate sports mode according to their own actual situation,and achieve the most objective and effective periodic motion.Methods: Ten healthy boys were recruited to complete the experiment.The experimental equipment includes portable cardiopulmonary function tester,smart bracelet and smart phone.Eight boys did 800 meters of four different exercises after wearing various equipment: normal walking,fast walking,jogging and fast running.The other two subjects did 4000 meters of normal walking after wearing the equipment.The experimental data were analyzed by SPSS software.Result: The correlation coefficients of the three mobile phone motion software were 0.991-0.997 and the average absolute error percentage was 1.14%-1.98%.The correlation coefficients of millet hand rings were 0.993-0.999 and the average absolute error percentage was 0.76%-1.40%.The correlation coefficients of Huawei hand rings were 0.989-0.999 and the average absolute error percentage was 0.23%-1.11%.The average absolute error percentages of monitoring distances in four kinds of motion modes are 3.60%-6.56%.The average absolute error percentages of dynamic motion software are 1.56%-6.72%.The average absolute error percentages of music motion software are 2.66%-10.16%.The average absolute error percentages of millet bracelet are 2.34%-23.75%.The average absolute error percentages of Huawei bracelet are 3.44%.-19.38%.The correlation coefficients of energy expenditure in four kinds of motion modes are 0.467-0.973,the average absolute error percentage is 8.61%-19.10%;the correlation coefficients of motion software are 0.543-0.812,the average absolute error percentage is 11.35%-36.32%;the correlation coefficients of music and power motion software are 0.030-0.930,the average absolute error percentage is 11.72%-24.62%;The correlation coefficient is 0.600-0.846,and the average absolute error percentage is 8.15%-18.95%.The correlation coefficient of Huawei bracelet is 0.387-0.913,and the average absolute error percentage is 10.58%-13.65%.The average absolute error percentages of all software monitoring steps,distances and energy consumption under 4000 m normal walking are lower than those under 800 m normal walking.Through data processing,the first-order function relationship between five kinds of application software and actual energy consumption is found.CONCLUSION:(1)In normal walking,Huawei’s bracelet is relatively accurate in monitoring step number and energy consumption,and the dynamic motion software is relatively accurate in monitoring distance;in fast walking,Huawei’s bracelet is relatively accurate in monitoring step number,and Gudong’s software is relatively accurate in monitoring distance and energy consumption;in jogging,Huawei’s bracelet is relatively accurate in monitoring step number.In fast running,Huawei bracelet is relatively accurate in monitoring step number,Le Dynamics software is relatively accurate in monitoring distance,and Millet bracelet is relatively accurate in monitoring energy consumption.In fast running,Huawei bracelet is relatively accurate in monitoring step number,Le Dynamics software is relatively accurate in monitoring distance,and Millet bracelet is relatively accurate in monitoring energy consumption.(2)These five kinds of sports software are not ideal in monitoring energy consumption,and the error in fitness exercise is large.Compared with other sports,the errors of measurement results of each software in jogging are smaller.Compared with other software,the errors of Gudong sports software and Huawei bracelet are lower. |
