Colleges and universities as an important member of the social organizational structure, and also is the large energy consumers, the characteristic of building energy consumption is mass,various and energy saving potential is huge,the core of university energy saving and emission reduction is building energy-saving of campus.Creating Build low-carbon-saving campus can not only promote the sustainable development of universities, but also the social responsibility of universities,and at the same time,will play an exemplary and leading role for building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. In recent years,national universities positively respond to the national environmental protection policy about "energy conservation and emission reduction" and carry out the construction of campus energy-saving and emission reduction,most universities are building Campus Building Energy Consumption Monitoring Platform,however,because of the different understanding of the purpose of building monitoring platform, most universities only pay attention to energy consumption monitoring,the Platform does not apply to daily work of campus energy saving. Therefore,discussing the evaluation method of building energy consumption characteristics as well as digging out the influence factors of energy consumption by using the data counted by report management function, Thereby establishing the energy consumption prediction model,has certain practical significance for universities forecast energy supply and implement energy-saving.This subject main study from the following two aspects,firstly according to the type of data provided in the Report Manager to establish the mathematical models for the building energy consumption evalution index and provide the applicable scope for each index.this thesis analyzes the evaluation strategy of building energy consumption characteristics by using index comparison method and summarizes the evaluation steps.The study,with the various types of constructions from Taiyuan University of Technology as evaluation objects, using the data provided in the Report Manager and the built mathematics models of energy consumption index,analyses energy consumption characteristics of typical campus buildings, results show that the indices of energy consumption of buildings with different functions vary greatly, canteen, venue construction and communication centers are high energy buildings, has Investigation significance.Secondly, analyzing the influence factors of energy consumption and establishing energy consumption forecasting model. Building energy consumption in this paper refers to the energy consumption that to maintain building function, mainly including the air conditioning, heating, lighting, equipment, cooking and other aspects of energy consumption. In recent years,with the continuous enrollment of universities,the construction of campus infrastructure has entered a peak period and the building energy consumption is growing,brought a lot of pressure to environmental protection and energy supply.If can analyze the influence factors of the building energy consumption, that means finding the key points of the energy-saving, this is very helpful to energy saving of the college.This paper based on the Mathematical method of the combination of computers and mathematical principle for research means.For dormitory building, Respectively on building height, building layers, building area, the number of users, the use of time and other factors on the correlation analysis of electricity consumption,and finally determined that building area and the number of users are positive--relevant with energy consumption, the use of time is negative--relevant with energy consumption, by regress analyzing according to building area,the number of users and the use of time by MATLAB measured to establish a high accuracy, applicable energy consumption prediction model with optimized parameters,this study aimed to provide a statistical analysis method to tap the energy consumption factor, the result show that this method has a great significance for colleges and universities to tap the energy consumption factor,develop the energy supply plan, forecast future energy consumption and create a saving campus.
