Studly On Operation Characteristics And Strategies Of Children Swimming Training Institutions In Xi’an City

With the social and economic growth,people’s quality of life is constantly improving.More and more people pay more attention to health.At the same time,more and more people participate in swimming.Especially in summer vacation,a large number of people are gathered in all kinds of swimming pools in order to learn swimming and summer recreation.In this context,a large number of swimming training institutions have emerged.Although they provide corresponding services for consumers,their training quality is relatively low.At the same time of rapid development,there are many problems in the operation of swimming training institutions.So,how should consumers choose swimming training institutions correctly?How can swimming training institutions improve their service quality?These problems are worthy of our comprehensive investigation and Research on swimming training institutions.In the process of researching and analyzing the operation of children swimming training institutions in Xi’an,this paper uses many methods,such as literature,questionnaire,expert interview,on-the-spot investigation and mathematical statistics.To conduct a comprehensive analysis of the teaching plan,organizational form,training cycle,training time,training facilities and teachers of swimming training institutions,conduct a questionnaire survey of swimming coaches,managers of swimming training institutions,students and parents of students,conduct face-to-face or telephone communication with swimming experts,conduct on-the-spot investigation of relevant swimming training institutions,and summarize and return.The existing problems are taken into account,and the corresponding suggestions and strategies are put forward according to the problems.It is expected to provide some references for the healthy and sustainable development of children swimming training in Xi’an.Based on the research background of children swimming training institutions in Xi’an,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The management mode of children swimming venues in Xi’an is relatively single,the number of venues is uneven,mostly indoor,most of them belong to small and medium-sized venues,some facilities are old and imperfect,the utilization rate is not high,and the operation seasonality is significant.(2)Most of the children who participated in swimming training in Xi’an were pupils under 12 years old,and their study time mainly concentrated on weekends,winter and summer holidays.Parents’motivation for their children to participate in swimming training mainly includes satisfying their children’s hobbies,exercising their children’s body and enriching their spare time.(3)The team of children swimming coaches in Xi’an is too young,lack of teaching experience,most of the qualifications are junior,and most of them are part-time.They are highly mobile and seldom receive regular and standardized new knowledge training.(4)The operation mode of children swimming training institutions in Xi’an is mainly independent operation and chain operation.In recent years,the chain business model is in a state of rapid development,but because the development model is not mature and perfect,it still faces many problems to be solved.(5)Children swimming teaching mainly focuses on backstroke and breaststroke.Coaches pay less attention to swimming theory and safety knowledge.Most parents will choose private classes and small classes,but the training time,class hours and training programs need to be further optimized.(6)The propaganda and marketing forms of swimming training products are innovative.Most organizations pay more attention to them,while only a few pay less attention to the propaganda and marketing of swimming training.(7)The number of lifeguards and coaches is in short supply during the peak swimming season.In order to maximize profits,the number of trainees is often larger than the maximum capacity of the venues.The quality of training is declining and the safety of trainees is threatened.Finally,according to the problems existing in the operation,the paper puts forward some targeted strategies:(1)Enhancing the infrastructure construction and opening up of swimming training venues,increasing the investment of funds in the less developed areas through various ways,and attracting social and government funds to the construction of swimming venues.(2)Strengthen the construction of teachers’team and improve the teaching level and comprehensive quality of swimming coaches.(3)Strengthen the propaganda of swimming training institutions for children and open various channels of propaganda and marketing.(4)Swimming training should be based on children’s safety and pay enough attention to their safety problems We must have complete and perfect safety rescue personnel and measures to ensure the personal safety of each student.(5)Provide high-quality teaching services for children.(6)Develop a scientific supervision system.The government should regulate and supervise the swimming training industry and take corresponding measures.Measures to speed up its development process,thus forming a benign market mechanism.
