Research On Operation And Management Mode Of Children’s Swimming Training Institution In Kunming City

The National Fitness Plan（2021-2025）promulgated by the State Council has greatly promoted the promotion and implementation of National Fitness Activities in China,and has also guided the development direction for the comprehensive and rapid development of China’s mass fitness industry.And effectively promote the scientific,healthy and standardized development of China’s children’s sports training industry,and point out the development direction for promoting the reform and improvement of the education and training methods,business models and management mechanisms of children’s sports training institutions.This paper adopts the literature method,field investigation method,interview method,logical analysis and other research methods to systematically investigate the operation mechanism and management mode of 8 children’s swimming training institutions in Kunming,and draws the following conclusions through research: First,with the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the demand for children’s swimming training in the whole society continues to increase,so that Kunming children’s swimming training institutions develop rapidly.At present,there are nearly 200 training institutions,which are distributed in Wuhua District,Panlong District,Xishan District,Guandu District and Chenggong District in Kunming City,and the layout of other counties（cities）is relatively small,and these institutions have contributed to the development of children’s sports in Kunming;second,at present,these swimming institutions have certain problems in teaching venues,teacher education,professional level,teacher training,teaching quality,safety and security,management mechanism,operation mode,etc.;third,There are four kinds of operation and management models of Kunming children’s swimming training institutions: respectively,school-enterprise cooperative operation mode,public institution operation mode,venue independent operation mode and cooperative operation mode,these business models have their own characteristics and advantages in the operation and management of children’s swimming training institutions,of which the venue independent operation and management mode has more innovative and self-improvement characteristics;fourth,the relevant departments of Kunming City are not strict enough in market access and market supervision of the children’s swimming training industry.As a result,there are often accidents and problems in the field of training institutions,such as access conditions,coach qualifications,lifeguard quality,teaching management,teaching quality,cleanliness and hygiene,safety and security,etc.,which affect the quality assurance and healthy sustainable development of the children’s training industry.In view of the above problems and situations,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: that is,government departments should introduce encouragement and support policies to encourage various social entities to participate in the investment,training and operation and management of the industry,and promote the growth and development of the children’s swimming training industry in Kunming;all training institutions should improve the supervision and management of teacher qualifications,professional level,teaching process,and teaching quality,and continuously improve the quality of children’s swimming training;at the same time,rely on college education and teaching resources,effectively play the social service and guidance functions of colleges and universities.All children’s swimming training institutions should continuously improve their own business model,operation quality and management efficiency,and promote and improve the construction of training institutions themselves.Relevant government departments should strengthen market access and supervision and management of enterprise qualifications,working conditions,teacher qualifications,teaching quality,venue health,training safety,etc.in the children’s training industry,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the children’s swimming training industry in Kunming.
