Comparative Study Of Professional Qualification Certification System Between Chinese And American Fitness Instructors

By comparing the professional qualification Certification system of Chinese and American fitness instructors,the advantages and disadvantages of the two are obtained.With reference to the advantages of the American fitness instructor vocational qualification training and the basic national conditions,the fitness instructor national vocational qualification certificate training system and the quality of training is improved.This paper uses the literature data method,expert interview method,comparative analysis method to study the qualification training system of Chinese and American fitness instructors,selecting the national level and NSCA as the main research objects.Comparative analysis of four aspects—training and certification institutions,course types and access qualifications,training methods,and assessment systems,the conclusion is drawn: national professional qualifications is certified by government agencies,the four major US certificates are certified by civil organizations,and the Chinese and American fitness training institutions are of commercial nature;national professional qualifications follows classification system and NSCA follows the functional classification system;qualifications for employment include years of employment,NSCA admission qualifications include CPR/AED certification;more time-based face-to-face teaching is included by national professional qualifications and more training methods are contained by NSCA;national assessment includes theory and practice,NSCA assessment only theory,and the NSCA theory assessment is paperless about national theory assessment paper.It is suggested that the content of fitness training can be prepared by the association according to the training syllabus,and the national official review is scientific;Occupational qualification certificate response course is classified;the qualification for occupational qualification certificate can be accredited to CPR/AED certification;Gradually implement computerized examinations technology;the occupational qualification certificate should cancel the tenure system for the implementation of the tenure system and develop online courses for training and continuing education;Increase the frequency of high-level exam certification.
