Motor development is a study of the changing process of human life movement behavior,which is influenced by the growth and development of human beings,the environment in which the task conditions are constantly changing.U12-14 physiological age stage is the key period of human growth and development.In order to fully understand the characteristics of human movement development and each stage of movement skills development in a specific stage,we can understand the relevance of individual body development and environmental changes.In order to promote the scientific setting of physical education curriculum content,foresee physical education teaching or sports intervention,improve the level of education teaching,improve the individual sports ability to promote the healthy development of individuals.Based on the methods of literature,experiment,video observation,mathematical statistics and so on,this paper studies the curriculum of U12-14 table tennis from the angle of motor development and makes case teaching analysis.Through teaching practice,this paper analyzes whether the table tennis course content set up in U12-14 "physical Education and Health" is scientific and reasonable at this stage,and explores the problems in practical teaching.And verify whether these problems are related to individuals,sports skills teaching,environment and so on.It is concluded that U12-14 individuals theoretically possess the accumulation of basic sports skills and the acquisition of sports experience in table tennis.U12-14 boys were positive in the growth and development period,and there were significant differences in physical changes;the physical and physical function of the female students tended to be stable,and the difference of physical growth and development between the sexes was significant.On the basis of this,the teaching of table tennis sports skills was carried out on the basis of which the level of mastering sports skills of U12 individuals was relatively high,and the qualification rate of three of the four basic sports skills was more than 70%.However,there were significant differences between male and female in the learning of motor skills.The qualification rate of forehand attack skills of U13 individuals was over 60%,and the mastery of other table tennis skills was relatively low.There was no significant difference between male and female in terms of the degree of mastery of sports skills of U12-14 table tennis,which decreased with the increase of skill difficulty and complexity.Through the analysis of the "Constraint" factors that affect the teaching and learning effect of table tennis sports skills,The main "Constraint" factors causing U12-14 individual table tennis sports skill learning effect difference and low mastery degree are insufficient acquisition of basic skills and sports experience in the early stage,differences in physical growth and functional development of male and female students.The difference of motor ability and the phenomenon of "adolescent Awkwardness",negative psychological and emotional control ability,The above "Constraint" factors directly restricted U12-14 individuals' motor skills learning;Natural,social and standard ecological environment indirectly affect individual table tennis participation,make individual motor skill learning indirectly limited,movement skill task difficulty limits U13 table tennis sports skill acquisition speed,does not affect the ultimate motor skills acquisition,Class time task and equipment task limit the participation time and participation degree of individual table tennis skill learning.Comprehensive table tennis sports skills accumulation and experience acquisition,individual development characteristics,case teaching,influencing factors research,It is concluded that U12-14 textbooks and curriculum standards have lower overall goals and evaluation criteria for sports skills learning than U12 table tennis textbooks and U12-14 textbooks for sports and health textbooks,and whether the teaching hours of sports skills are allocated to U12-14 textbooks are too low.Considering the difficulty factor of motor skills,The allocation of class hours is unreasonable.It is suggested that in U12-14 physical education,more attention should be paid to the characteristics of body and movement in the period of sudden growth and development of individuals,and the theory of movement development should be used to construct the system of physical education contents in the period of growth and development to guide physical education,and to carry out physical education from the perspective of development.To ensure the effect of individual stage motor skill learning;Integrating the knowledge system of motor science into the cultivation of physical education teachers can make teachers have the ability to recognize,use and control the variables such as individual,environment,task and so on,and improve the teaching efficiency.In order to promote the healthy and orderly development of the individual,the timing and spatial sequence should be adjusted in the setting of motor skills,so that the individual can grasp the motor skills at the most appropriate time.Scientific practice of "health first","student-centered" teaching philosophy.
