The Research Of Intervention Of Social Casework In Ideological And Political Education Of Colleges

Colleges have important functions of scientific research, personnel training andsocial services. Ideological and political education of colleges plays an important role.In recent years, in order to strengthen the ideological and political education of colleges,both of the country and colleges constantly explore new ways and model, however, thecurrent ideological and political education of college still faces serious challenges. Thissituation requires students strive to break through the original mode of education andthink the new method of education. By using of the concepts and methods of the casesof social work in ideological and political education of colleges not only can helpstudents who have special needs, but also can meet students’ need on the cognitive,learning needs and adapting to the growth of needs. In order to form a theoreticalsupport, extensive research was taken on the basis of relevant literature and theoreticalresearch. This thesis on the one hand enriches the contents of ideological and politicaleducation of college, on the other hand broadens the horizons of the ideological andpolitical educators. The research of this subject is conducive to the healthy growth ofcollege students and the improvement of ideological and political education of college.The first part of this paper analyzes the background of intervention of the case socialwork in ideological and political education of college, introduces the research of thissubject before, content of this research, and related concepts. In second part, the thesisresearches necessity and function of intervention of case study of social work inideological and political education of college. Then it elaborates the necessity andfunction of intervention of case study of social work in ideological and politicaleducation of college from the current situation of ideological quality of college students,drawbacks of ideological and political education, new challenges of ideological andpolitical education of college, and intervention of the case of social work in ideologicaland political education of college. The thesis expounds the feasibility of intervention ofthe case of social work from consistency of goal and value of the case of social workand basic premise for intervention grown and matured counselor team. In the third part,the thesis researches tactics of intervention of the case of study of social work inideological and political education of college. Respectively, the thesis elaborates fromthe concept and mode of case of study of social work in ideological and politicaleducation of colleges. In the fourth part, the thesis researches security mechanism from the three aspects of organizational mechanisms, mechanism safeguard and socialmechanisms.
