Abstract/Summary:
Nowadays,internationalization has become a global trend in the development of higher vocational education.The newly added“top 50 international influence”in the 2018 China Higher Vocational Education Quality Annual Report indicates that internationalization is an important indicator to measure the national demonstration higher vocational colleges.Tianjin,as a national comprehensive experimental zone for career education reform,undertakes the experimental mission of career education reform and innovation in the program of education.Tianjin should give full use of its remarkable geographical advantages of“One Belt And One Road”.Based on the comprehensive exploration of the status quo of education internationalization of Tianjin higher vocational education,this paper aims to promote the development of education internationalization of Tianjin higher vocational education,combined with the practical research of “Luban workshop”.The first part makes a comparative analysis of the internationalization of education of higher vocational education at home and abroad,and discusses the basic concepts of the internationalization of education of higher vocational education,namely education internationalization,education of higher vocational education,and education internationalization of higher vocational education.Secondly,it discusses the status quo of education internationalization of Tianjin higher vocational education.It briefly introduces the development process and characteristics of higher vocational education in Tianjin,from Tianjin to carry out the policy to the internationalization of higher vocational education,the development scale of international practice of colleges and universities,to carry out the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools representing the regional distribution,the higher vocational education in Tianjin education internationalization further expounds the form and content of four aspects of Tianjin in the development process of internationalization of higher vocational education present situation and the existing problems.Then takes“Luban workshop”as a case study.Based on the connotation of “Luban workshop”,from establishing the internationalization of professional teaching standards and curriculum standards,foreign students to China to communicate,actively carry out teacher workshops,using real-time teaching practice base,to participate in project practice skills relevant to the innovation competition and the deepening of the power enterprise producing six aspects teaching fusion,discusses the“Luban workshop”education status quo and problems in the process of practice.And then according to the status quo of Tianjin higher vocational education and “Luban workshop”,the author puts forward six problems to be solved: language teaching is faced with great challenges,the shortage of international teachers,the unreasonable setting of international majors,the insufficient participation of enterprises,and the urgent need to improve relevant systems.From three dimensions of school,enterprise and government,this paper puts forward Suggestions to promote education internationalization of higher vocational education.In other words,it includes five aspects: broadening Chinese education to promote language intercommunication,building a sustainable international teaching staff,strengthening the construction of higher vocational colleges,giving play to the main role of enterprises,and strengthening the top-level design of the government.
