| Scholarship system is a means to motivate students to actively study,and it is the most representative incentive mechanism of higher vocational colleges,and it is also widely recognized by the society as an examination method.Since 1983,our country began to implement the scholarship policy,after nearly 30 years of continuous reform and improvement,successfully stimulated the students ' enthusiasm for learning,comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of vocational college students,to meet the diversified development of students,to promote the realization of higher vocational education goals,for the country to cultivate a large number of high-quality skills,Application-specific talents.With the development of higher vocational colleges and the changes in the actual situation,students have different expectations of scholarship work,but for higher vocational colleges and universities,there are still some problems in all aspects of scholarship work,hindering its stimulating role.Based on this,This study takes the scholarship work of Jiangxi J Technical College as the specific research object,through the questionnaire survey and the interview,from the scholarship system design,the evaluation process as well as the evaluation work three aspects carries on the objective analysis,summarizes its existence question.Based on the need level theory,goal setting theory,expectation theory,equity theory and strengthening theory,this paper starts with the need,goal,expectation-potency,fairness and strengthening factors,combines the current scholarship work of the school,perfects the design of the scholarship system,regulates the scholarship process and shares and feedbacks after the scholarship evaluation,In order to improve the effectiveness of scholarship incentive,the scholarship incentive can be successfully translated into the inner motive force of students,meet the needs of self-realization,and realize the training goal of higher vocational colleges. |
