With the convening of the 2014 National Vocational Education Work Conference,vocational education reform has entered a golden age.After the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee was held,the Ministry of Education demanded"advance the modernization of education governance system and governance capacity",emphasizing the special status of system construction in the modernization of education governance capacity.How to strengthen the internal system construction and optimize the operation effect of higher vocational colleges is a question that every vocational education worker needs to think about.This paper selects the S college of vocational colleges held by the industry for research,attempts to analyze the potential contradictions of the school's incentive system in the design,implementation,and feedback process from multiple levels,and then combines practical experience to explore some specific optimization methods and approaches.This article takes S College as an example,uses case study method to study the school's incentive system,investigates the attitude of teachers and staff to the operation of the incentive system,and analyzes the questionnaire data through SPSS.Combine the interview situation to discover the possible problems behind the operation of the system,and then propose improvements.Empirical research shows that there are some problems in the S-school incentive system in terms of system design,policy disclosure,process supervision,and information application.Insufficient democratic participation,lack of scientific guidance,departmental governance,and opaque information,etc.,together split the institutional system into independent individuals that lacked connections,no one even knew,and no one knew.This article starts with the research on the operation of the S Academy's incentive system,digs deep into the hidden problems,and finally chooses to use holistic governance as the improvement path.To address the pain points behind the operation of the S Academy's incentive system,the author proposes to build a system guarantee chain and integrate resource guarantee Three improvement proposals,such as management efficiency and leading management flattening with informationization.These three recommendations are implemented through six steps,and together constitute a new roadmap to promote internal management reform.It is expected to provide some valuable reference for higher vocational colleges like S College who are in a period of reform pains.
