As a new round of curriculum reform of our country deepens, the importance of the development of curriculum resources is gradually obvious. The rational exploitation and using of the available course resource, the more perfect of the curriculum system, the improvement of the adaptation of the curriculum, have already become very important in our curriculum reform of primary education. At present, the condition of the backwardness of primary education in the minority areas of our country and the richness of the potential resources, the contradiction of the diversity of the curriculum resources and the weakness of its development, are outstanding especially. At the same time, in the perform, some minority areas develop curriculum resource in spite of their actual situation, so it makes the development of the curriculum resource short of the actual effect and the pertinence, which brings much waste of resources. Therefore, it already becomes an important task of the curriculum perform of the primary school in the minority areas to consider the actual reality of the minority areas, develop and make full use of the rich resource of the minority culture, and mine their own hidden strengths. However, the academia's research on this problem are weak at present. According to this citation, based on the survey and research of the ethnic culture course and the actual situation of currilum resource of Miao minority primary school in Xiang Xi, this article wants to find the theory of the ethnic culture and the development of currilum resource recur to theories such as the theory of culuture educationg, the theory of multivariant culture integrate, the theory of Taylor' s (R. W. Tyler) currilum principles, the theory of subject teaching. This article also wants to provide a reference to the development of curriculum of the minority areas, develop the primary students' ethnic culture literacy, promote the formationg of a comprehensive personality, realize the purpose of inheriting and developing ethnic culture, and make an multivariate and integral world cultural patterns last.There are five parts in this article:Part one, preface. It describes the object, content, the cause of selecting this topic, the purpose and significance, the ideas and method of this study, and it summarizes the literature and dones to relevant concept.Part two. It interprets the characteristics of Miao minority culture in Xiangxi. This part also introduces the history of Miao minority and the characteristic of Miao minority culture in Xiangxi.Part three. It analyzes the status of the development of ethnic culture and curriculum resource of primary school in Xiangxi. On the basis surveying, this part describes the development of the status of the ethnic culture and curriculum resource from the aspects of the whole situation, content, ways, the degree of people's recognization and participating, and points out problems of the ethnic culture and the devlopment of curriculum resource in primary school in areas of Miao minority.Part four. It describes the theory content of the development of the ethnic culture and curriculum resource of the primary school of Miao miniry in Xiangxi. This pary is important in the whole study. It discusses the theory of the development of the ethnic culture and curriculum resource around four basic issues that Taylor raised, and connects the problems that exist. This part discusses the target, principle, the choice and use of content, evaluation of the development of the ethnic culture and curriculum resource. The choice and use of content of the ethnic culture and curriculum resource is important in this part. This part raises the ways and the principle of the choice of the curriculum content. Then it describes how to use the resource of the ethnic culture from three respects. Lastly, this part thinks of the evaluation system from three respects such as the diversification of the evaluation's object, comprehensive assessment, and the methods.Pary five. This part describes the guarantee measure that make the ethnic culture and curriculum resource put into effect smoothly. Those guarantee measures include the changing of education concept, the improving of the teachers' quality, the perfecting of the management system, the improving of education investment, and the strengthening of the education research.
