The evolution of history has a variety of characteristics.In order to survive and achieve sustainable development,people hatch a bright ethnic culture in different living environments.In the process of social self-improvement,a strong multi-culture is gradually formed.At this stage,the frequency and depth of communication among countries need to be significantly improved.In this environment,the value of culture is no longer confined in our nation,so it can be extended to all countries or regions and become the common wealth of mankind.Based on traditional culture,the significance of maintaining its diversity is not only reflected in the level of cultural development,but also related to the trend of human society.The Hezhe people have gradually created a unique ethnic culture based on the influence of the natural environment and the experience of daily production and life.Although the Hezhe culture is shining in the long history,it is in the situation of being on the verge of extinction at this stage.It is necessary to carry on the Hezhe culture well.Under the background of the modernization process,the popularization of education provides an important platform for people to expand their horizons.Relying on the way of education,cultural heritage has also been highly recognized by the public.The new curriculum reform puts forward a three-level curriculum management system,which is guided by the national curriculum and extended to the level of local curriculum and school curriculum in turn.This mechanism optimizes the curriculum management authority,and enhances the flexibility in this respect as a local and school.The promotion of the new curriculum reform creates an opportunity for the inheritance of traditional culture.It is necessary to integrate the traditional culture flexibly based on the content of the new curriculum reform.In recent years,the Central School of Hezhe Township in Jiejinkou has deepened its curriculum,but it still shows many limitations in practice,such as the lack of correct guidance in school-based curriculum construction,and the content of curriculum construction has not effectively covered the level of ethnic culture.This paper takes Jiejinkou central school,a representative school of Hezhe,as the research object,conducts in-depth study and investigation,finds out the problems in the current situation of the development of ethnic culture curriculum,and analyzes the causes of the problems,trying to find solutions.This paper mainly includes: first,the theoretical basis and relevant analysis of school-based curriculum development of ethnic culture.This part mainly includes the theoretical basis,necessity and feasibility analysis of the school-based curriculum development of ethnic culture in the school;secondly,the investigation of the current situation of the school-based curriculum development of ethnic culture in the Central School of Jiejinkou Township,including the selection of the investigation object,the determination of the investigation method,the design and implementation of the investigation scheme,the arrangement of the interview content and the investigation results.According to the actual situation of the school itself,this study mainly adopts the methods of interview,observation and literature.3? The achievements,problems and attribution analysis of the school-based culture curriculum in Hezhe Township,Jiejinkou.This part mainly summarizes the achievements and analyzes the causes of the existing problems.Fifth,the development strategy of school-based culture curriculum in Hezhe Township,Jiejinkou.On the basis of combing,summarizing and summarizing the existing problems,this paper puts forward the school-based curriculum development strategy of Hezhe ethnic culture,which includes five aspects:increasing financial investment and policy support to ensure the school students;strengthening teacher training to improve the development ability of teachers' ethnic culture;developing different levels of Cultural Curriculum resources to form the curriculum resource base;improving the organization Institutions,to promote the all-round development and participation of the whole staff;the establishment of multicultural education concept to promote and improve the development of school-based curriculum;the use of modern media means to make up for the lack of a single form of curriculum development results.Through these aspects,we strive to improve the school-based curriculum development of Hezhe culture,establish and improve the school-based curriculum development system of Hezhe culture,promote the healthy and long-term development of the school,and provide reference for the school-based curriculum development of other Hezhe schools and other minority schools.
