Current Situation And Analysis Of Suzhou Football Primary Schools

Health is the foundation of life,especially for young people,which is a critical period for growth.A healthy constitution is an important guarantee for the physical and mental development of teenagers.Since 2009,the country has gradually established Soccer Schools in various regions.In February 2016,the Suzhou Municipal Government issued the Opinions on Deeply Developing the Soccer Activities on the Campus of the Youth in Suzhou(2016-2020).The soccer work on the campus of the city is comprehensive,stable,healthy and sustainable development.Through a comprehensive analysis of Suzhou primary school football school,on the one hand,I hope that through research to improve the community’s attention to football schools,on the other hand,I hope to provide a reference for the future development and improvement of football schools.In order to actively respond to the relevant policies of the state,the Suzhou municipal government also strongly supports the construction of football characteristic campus.Under the supervision and guidance of the Suzhou municipal government,the Suzhou Education Bureau and the Sports Bureau have established a number of football characteristic campuses,and with the support of various national policies,they have developed well and achieved gratifying results.Research shows:1.Since the construction of the characteristic school of campus football,the scale of football in our city has been expanding,and the popularization has been greatly improved.Over the past two years,our city has successfully established one pilot county(district)of the national youth campus football,152 schools with national characteristics,16 schools with provincial characteristics,and 4 kindergartens with provincial characteristics,ranking first in number in the province.Campus football featured schools have brought football into the curriculum system,as the content of physical education.2.the teaching system of football featured schools is more perfect,and teachers are constantly strengthening.Teachers are mostly 25-45 years old,teachers are energetic and are strict with themselves.At the same time,each characteristic school has scientifically and systematically formulated the content and evaluation standard of football skill learning in each school section.The curriculum system is becoming more and more perfect.The campus football characteristic school has not less than one football lesson per class per week.At the same time,a new mode of international cooperation has been explored.19 full-time coaches have been introduced from Brazil,Germany and other football developed countries to guide the development of campus football,filling the gap of football coaches.3.athletes’ skills training is scientific and effective,and sports level is gradually improved.In view of the physical and mental characteristics of teenagers and the formation law of football special skills,our city has formulated a scientific training plan,paying attention to the cultivation of athletes’ technical ability and will quality,and further improving the skills training,sports rehabilitation and psychological counseling level of campus football.Our city’s team won all five matches in the 2nd Provincial Youth Football Elite League,and won three awards:the best shooter,the best goalkeeper and the best coach;in the 2016 Youth Football Championship of Jiangsu Province,the girls of the women’s football team also ushered in the 6th championship since the establishment of the team;in 2017,all the primary school groups of our city entered the Provincial Governor’s Cup.In the finals,the Panxi District Panxi Central Primary School won the champion of the men’s group B in primary school.4.the competition mechanism is becoming more and more complete and the safeguard measures are more favorable.At present,the three-level competition system of"Principal Cup","District Cup" and "Mayor Cup" has been basically established in our city.In 2017,11 168 school-level league matches were completed,2 630 county-level league matches were held,525 teams participated and 7 166 athletes participated;263 city-level league matches were held,101 teams participated and 1 623 athletes participated.The pattern of campus football competition is selected.At the same time,more than 80%of the city’s schools have suitable venues for the development of campus football,each city,district has standard venues for teenagers’off-campus football activities,campus football funds guarantee mechanism and security system are also tending to improve.Countermeasures:1.Government-led,strengthening the construction of teachers,strengthening teacher training:formulating relevant policies,vigorously introducing professional football talents with high professional skills;paying attention to the introduction of football talents with high academic qualifications and scientific research ability,strengthening the overall scientific research level of the teaching staff,and actively linking scientific research results with practice,so as to achieve a perfect combination of theory and practice.To promote the rapid and sustainable development of football in primary schools in Suzhou,to strengthen the training of on-the-job coaches,to cooperate with colleges and universities,and to accept football students as school practice coaches,not only to meet the requirements of colleges and universities for students’practice,improve students’ practical ability,but also for the football coaches in primary schools in Suzhou.Wu injected fresh blood to stimulate the enthusiasm of the in-service coaches in Suzhou.2.Reasonable use of sports education funds,broaden the sources of funds:Enterprise Title games or team sports goods related enterprise sponsorship,through the investment of a certain amount of sponsorship fees,play a role in vigorous publicity,and the development of campus football to achieve win-win situation.3.Alleviate the burden of students’study and change parents’ traditional concepts:Increase parents’support for school football.At the same time,school leaders,teachers,coaches and parents should coordinate and cooperate with each other,pay attention to the study of athletes’ culture,and not only pursue sports achievements but also neglect the study of students’ basic knowledge,so that students can do both.Master a sports specialty,but also can achieve good academic results,truly solve the contradiction between learning and training and parents’worries.
