Research On The Training Mode Of Football Reserve Talents In Suzhou Football Characteristic Schools

Football reform in 2015 is regarded as a national strategy and an important part of realizing the Chinese dream.China has been committed to the reform and development of football,but China’s football level still lags behind the rapidly developing world football level in all aspects,especially the lack of cultivation of reserve talents and the shortage of football talents.To establish a perfect training mode of football reserve talents is the only way to revitalize football and build a sports power.Driven by the wave of Chinese football reform,Suzhou is also accelerating the reform of football projects.As an important part of promoting the development of campus football in the education system,the football characteristic school is changing the traditional training mode and striding forward to the scientific and humanized training mode.Through the research idea of "studying the training process,analyzing problems and putting forward countermeasures",this paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and field investigation.Firstly,it scientifically identifies the concept of the training mode of football reserve talents;Secondly,the training mode is scientifically divided according to the training process;Finally,the research is carried out around the whole training process of football reserve talents(management,teaching,selection,training and competition).The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Suzhou football characteristic schools have adopted the mode of school youth training institution cooperative training.The objects of cooperation are amateur football youth training institutions around the school.The way of cooperation is mainly reflected in training services.The youth training institutions provide coaches for the school,and the school feeds back good football seedlings to the youth training institutions.2.In terms of daily training and management of athletes,the whole school presents a vertical management mode.The headmaster,vice headmaster,sports team leader,football teacher and head teacher jointly manage the athletes.In practice,the management of athletes is jointly responsible by the team leading football teacher and head teacher,and the external coach is responsible for training.3.In the training process,the school attaches great importance to the learning and training coordination of players.We will never occupy any time for cultural studies.The training time is arranged before the first class in the morning and after the last class in the afternoon.If the course is delayed due to the competition,the teacher will be responsible for tutoring.If the literacy class fails to reach the specific score line,the training will be suspended until the score reaches the line.4.The competition system of Suzhou campus Football League is perfect,forming a good competition atmosphere.All schools have high enthusiasm to participate in the competition,and the level of players has been improved.In addition to participating in official competitions such as the "district governor Cup","Mayor Cup" and "provincial governor Cup",there are also various events jointly organized by the Bureau of education and sports and the society,and the school will arrange teaching competitions on weekends.5.The cooperation mode of "school youth training institution" is in its infancy,and the cooperation needs to be strengthened.At present,the development trend of the training mode of cooperation between Suzhou football characteristic schools and youth training institutions is obvious.Through the docking and collaborative management of teachers,equipment,students and other aspects,the two sides have solved the dilemma of the shortage of school teachers.However,in the process of cooperative training,the concept coordination,management coordination and resource coordination of personnel need to be improved.6.In view of the problems in the current training mode of Suzhou football characteristic schools,this paper puts forward corresponding development countermeasures,such as:multiple subjects jointly participate in the management of football reserve talents to avoid over concentration of power;Improve the scientific level of selection according to scientific theory and modern technology;Uniformly implement the youth training program of China Football Association;Establish preferential policies for athletes to enter school;Build a new training mode,etc.
