Poetry is the progenitor of literature and the root of art.In Chinese traditional culture,poetry has its unique and lofty status.Children's poetry are full of rhythmic expression,pure and full of emotion,concrete and vivid imagery,childish and empty artistic conception,which play an immeasurable role in promoting children's accomplishment in an all-round way.However,in real life,children's poetry is in a very awkward position:with the development of science and technology and the prosperity of various media,the appeal of children's poetry with far-reaching implication is greatly weakened.And there is little research on children's poetry teaching.The promulgation of " Chinese Curriculum Standard for Full-time Compulsory Education" objectively provides a space for the development of children's poetry.The number and proportion of children's poetry has been greatly increased in primary school Chinese textbooks,also,more and more people are studying the teaching of children's poetry.However,there are still many problems in the teaching of children's poetry in the current classroom of primary school Chinese children's poetry teaching.This paper attempts to explore new ways of teaching children's poetry in primary school Chinese,hoping to change the old mechanical and boring teaching mode through this study.This paper consists of three chapters:introduction,conclusion and text.The introduction part mainly discusses the reasons for choosing the topic and sorts out the history and current situation of children's poetry teaching in China.The first chapter mainly discusses the theory of children's poetry.This paper mainly expounds the definition,characteristics and educational significance of children's poetry,and points out the importance of children's poetry to children.The second chapter analyzes the misunderstanding in the teaching of children's poetry in primary school and the reasons for them.The third chapter mainly discusses how to improve the teaching of children's poetry:the first section discusses the selection criteria of children's poetry to be taught,and the second section discusses four strategies to improve the teaching effect of children's poetry:To express rhymes in chanting and reciting;To understand poetry in the performance of situations;To present a poem in an imaginary painting;To taste poetry in imitation writing.The conclusion part continues to point out the significance of children's poetry to children.Education in primary school should be given to children's poetry education,and looks forward to the prospect of primary school Chinese children's poetry education.
