Purpose:To study the learning burnout among higher vocational colleges students in Yancheng,Jiangsu Province,so that we can reduce the related factors and improve students' learning efficiency,as well as improve the running level of higher vocational colleges and the quality of teaching.Methods:Four hundred and eighty-four students of grade one to three from Jiangsu Medical Vocational College,Yancheng Industrial Vocational and Technical College,Yancheng Mechanical and Electrical Vocational College,as well as Yancheng Children's Normal College were randomly selected to issue the Questionnaire of College Students'Learning Burnout,the Questionnaire of the Causes of College Students' Learning 'Burnout and the Open Questionnaire of College Students' Learning Burnout.In summary,435 valid questionnaires were then collected and the obtained data was analyzed by Excel and SPSS 20.0 to compare the degree of learning burnout among Vocational College Students with different genders,grades,specialty,achievements and average parental income in three dimensions,i.t.,emotional exhaustion,low sense of achievement and improper behavior.Once more,the main causes for students' learning burnout were also analyzed in terms of the different aspects mentioned above.Results:1.According to the statistical results of College Students' Learning Burnout Questionnaire in Yancheng,students from higher vocational colleges scored the highest in the dimension of emotional exhaustion.The burnout of male students in emotional exhaustion,improper behavior and low sensitive of achievement is more serious than that of female students.The learning burnout of freshmen,sophomores and juniors is more serious with the increase of grade.The general situation of learning burnout of liberal arts and medical students is more serious than that of science and engineering students.The better the students' academic performance,the lighter their learning burnout behaves.When the average income of students' parents are between 2500 yuan to 7500 yuan,the burnout degree of students is inversely proportional to the average income of parents.When the average income of students' parents are above 7500 yuan,the students' learning burnout will not be affected by the average income of parents.2.According to the statistical results of the Questionnaire on the Causes of College Students' Burnout,the average score of each overall cohabitation factors is less than 3 points,which is below the moderate level,but the cross-reaction between different factors cause students' burnout mindset.In terms of gender,the factors that make male and female students feel tired ranked as own factors,school factors and professional factors from highest to lowest.Considering students from different grades,freshmen are mostly affected by factors in order of academic pressure,social factors and self-efficacy;sophomores are affected by factors in order of academic pressure,social factors and self-efficacy;freshmen are mostly affected by factors in order of social factors,academic pressure and self-efficacy.In specialty,liberal arts students are mostly influenced by professional factors,learning pressure,social factors and self-efficacy factors.Medical students are greatly influenced by professional pressure and self-efficacy.Arts students are greatly influenced by school factors and professional factors.Science students are greatly influenced by their own factors,self-efficacy factors and academic factors.In terms of academic performance,the main causes of excellent students' learning burnout are self-efficacy.Students with good academic performance are much more affected by professional and social pressure;while general students are much more affected by academic pressure and professional pressure;students with poor academic performance tend to be more affected by self-efficacy,academic pressure and social factors.Considering the average income of students' parents,students are vulnerable to various factors when the average income of parents is less than 2500 yuan.When the average income of parents are between 2501 yuan and 7500 yuan,students tend to be mainly affected by self-efficacy factors,while the other factors are relatively average.When the average income of parents are higher than 7500 yuan,students are merely affected by social factors and academic pressure.3.The statistical results of the Open Questionnaire on College Students' Learning Burnout indicate that all these ten factors,such as worrying about employment,ineffectiveness and dullness in learning,etc.,have an impact on vocational students'learning burnout.Conclusion:1.Higher vocational college students from different groups in Yancheng have widespread emotional exhaustion.2.The learning burnout among different higher vocational college students groups is well affected by their own factors,self-efficacy,professional factors,academic pressure,social factors and school factors.The main causes of learning burnout are different among students of different genders,grades,majors,grades and average parental income.Self-factors and professional factors have a strong predictive effect on learning burnout.3.The emotional exhaustion of students must be eliminated to avoid learning burnout.4.The teaching reform of higher vocational colleges should be deepen in the following four aspects:changing traditional educational ideas and deepening educational reform,cultivating students' sense of self-efficacy,regulating unfavorable factors in the internal environment of schools,improving the funding system and reducing students'economic pressure,so as to alleviate students' learning burnout in higher vocational colleges.
