In this study based on literature analysis and teaching practice, explore current adult higher vocational students’ learning burnout and the relationship among learning burnout, learning motive, Academic self-efficacy. Using Teenage learning Burnout scale, Academic self-efficacy questionnaire and learning motive scale in the Institute of vocational education Gansu Open University of the 420 adult students in higher vocational colleges, 408 effective questionnaires.The results of adult high vocational students learning features analysis showed that learning Burnout in the dimension of academic alienated, science and engineering students and Students of Liberal Arts are obviously different, science and engineering students are higher than arts students. In Emotional exhaustion dimension, The only child and The non only child students have significantly differences, the non only child students are higher; in the Study ability self-efficacy dimension of Academic self-efficacy, girls are significantly higher than boys, arts students are higher than science students; in learning motivate The only child students are higher than The non only child students, in intrinsic motive dimensions, arts students were significantly higher than students of science. Correlation analysis results that learning motive and low achievements of learning Burnout are negative related; intrinsic motive of learning motivation and learning Burnout are significantly negative related; Academic self-efficacy and academic alienated and low achievements of learning burnout are significantly negative related, Study ability self-efficacy and learning burnout and its each dimension are significantly negative related, Academic behavior self-efficacy and learning burnout and its two dimensions which academic alienated and low achievements are significantly negative related. Academic self-efficacy and learning motive and its each dimensions are significantly positively correlated. The relationship analysis among learning burnout, academic self-efficacy and learning motivate found that learning motive plays a mediating role between Academic self-efficacy. the questionnaire scores analysis of before and after Group Counseling shows that The low achievement dimension in learning burnout before and after group counseling are significantly different, the same as academic self-efficacy and its Academic behavior self-efficacy dimension and learning motivate.Thus the science and engineering students to study more separated, the non only children showed higher levels of emotional exhaustion in learning. Girls than boys, liberal arts students than science students have a better sense of academic self-efficacy. The only child’s learning motivation is higher than non only child, Liberal arts student than science students have higher learning intrinsic motivation. Learning Burnout, academic self-efficacy and learning motivate are closely related. The academic self-efficacy directly influences the learning burnout, but also through the students’ extrinsic learning motivation, The group counseling intervention has a positive effect on reducing the adult higher vocational students’ Learning Burnout。...
