In the continuous development of modern society today, widespread social pressure, People are feeling good results brought by modern technology, and bear the enormous social pressure and occupation burnout. Teachers are the foundation for the development of the school, and teaching for the mission, they constantly burning themselves to illuminate many people. According to researchers, because of the special nature of the work of teachers, they is one of the high risk population of occupation burnoutJob burnout has become an important factor to influence teachers’ work,it will not only to the individual teacher’s physical and mental harm,at the same time,it will affect the people around us.Because of the enthusiasm of teachers’ work and psychological state of education teaching activities have a profound impact,this study in higher vocational college teachers as the research object,analyzes the job burnout status and research.This article through the investigation and study,we concluded that teachers occupation burnout in higher vocational colleges,according to the causes and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.This research mainly adopts three scale were studied, they were vocational teachers occupation burnout scale, simplified coping style questionnaire, and the job satisfaction survey questionnaire, through the three scale for the teachers comprehensive integrated survey, the survey results for scientific research and analysis. The paper includes the following several parts:The first part is an introduction, describes the significance of the topic, research, induction and summarizes the domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the teachers occupation burnout basic concept and the theory, in order to study and find the breakthrough point of this thesis.The second part is the research design and methods, through the study, introduces the research method, the subjects and research the design of the overall idea of this study. This part plays a connecting role, and paves the way for the subsequent research work.The third part is the analysis of the data and results, mainly is carries on the analysis to the collected data, respectively from the correlation analysis of teacher occupation burnout scale for vocational college, correlation analysis of occupation burnout and job satisfaction of teachers, analysis of simple coping style scale and coping styles in the teachers’ burnout and job satisfaction intermediary function analysis, and analysis draws a conclusion. According to the data obtained conclusion, based on higher vocational teachers’ job burnout current situation and formation of job burnout factors were further analyzed.The fourth part is higher vocational teachers’ job burnout strategies, respectively from the organization and individual two aspects of the strategy is discussed. Respectively from the organization’s teachers, schools and society three aspects are discussed. Expected by teachers, schools, society the three synergy, to help higher vocational teachers out of the job burnout of myth.The fifth part is conclusion, this study is mainly the summative review, outlining the research emphasis, and points out the deficiency of this study.
